Corner Bakery Cafe — Restaurant in Texas

I hate to have to say this about this location because we have enjoyed eating here but this has been going on for a few weeks now.

Since they added a Manager by the name of PATRICIA who has been there probably a few weeks has changed the atmosphere in the place with her lack of interested in service and her attitude the rest of the staff that have been there for a while are amazing, funny my wife and I were talking about a newer guy that had no clue what he was doing and wondered if the manager trained him like the other managers used to do.

This morning The manager PATRICIA took my order and filled it out herself she gave me the bag to go and when I opened it was missing bread, sugar and all of the usual thing that it comes with instead of just fixing the situation she gave me attitude so I told her she could have it and left it there. I ended up going to STARBUCKS for a Vanilla Latte and a Bacon Gouda. So I guess that answers my question if the LEADER sucks I guess the rest follow. I just hope Corporate finds a solution soon Like I said I hate writing this but I don't want One person to ruin a good place like the Corner Bakery

EDIT I have received a call from the head manager who has corrected the problem and since then this location has once again come back to its excellent service. I really like the food here. However, I went in about 745-8pm tonight with a friend of mine. We both ordered the same pasta dish, but I did the the pick two, so I got a soup with my small pasta and he got the large pasta. Anyway, we also ordered a bunch of sweets to take with us. The young guy who took our order was perky, very kind, super friendly. Our food came out and he brought it to our table. Thanked us and asked if we needed anything. I'm eating my pasta when my friend pointed out a long straight black hair in my bowl. I went to tug at it, but it was so long I just stopped pulling. I called out to the guy who took our order and met him with my bowl and pointed out the hair and he was completely apologetic and offered to make a brand new one at a larger size so I can take some home. The supervisor brought me a fresh bowl, same size bowl as my order, but there was less pasta in the bowl. No apologies, no is there anything else I can do for you, no here's a discount card for your next order, no nothing. Just placed my bowl down and walked off. The guy came back and said he was sorry he couldn't give me what he offered because his supervisor said that the store manager would be upset about that amount of food being given away. WHAT????!!! Seriously, that's your idea of Customer Service Corner Bakery? I didn't bring the hair with me, I didn't toss it into my food, hell, you have to pay first. So, please explain to me how this was the best response to a customer finding hair...

Walked into the restaurant saw no one in front of the register. There were two employees that looked like the back of the house staff talking behind the little wall opening. I made eye contact twice with them and saw no one walking towards my direction so I asked if there was anyone working out front. Seems like my question wasn’t appropriate because the Hispanic girl that was there immediately got an attitude. She said something with an aggressive tone but I was unsure as to what was said because I wasn’t there to fight with anyone. She approached the register and gave me the death stare as if me asking for her to do her job was a problem. She furiously took my order and when it was ready as she handed it to me I said thank you and she gave no response. I’ve been to this Katy location multiple times as I live like 5 mins away and the two gentleman that are usually at the register are always super kind and present. If she had just said hi I will be right with you there would have been no need for me to ask her anything. Threw my food away because with her attitude who knows if...
