First time customer... There were 6 of us in the party. 4 kids, 2 adults Not what we expected going in. We thought you can choose your ingredients from a line and they would cook it in front of you in a wok. Ordered like a fast food chain at the front. Cashier was not too helpful as this was our first time and wasn't very interested in answering questions. Sat down. Waited the same time you would at a restaurant. Food looked pretty much as advertised. No complaints from any of the kids, including my very picky daughter. Food tasted good. Teriyaki sauce at the table was really good. Do not eat here unless you like hair in your food, burnt food & horrible service! I cannot believe the unprofessional of the staff & the horrible food & service. The manager asked why & refused to get on the phone! Unprofessional! I made the drive on over. Once there, he denied talking to me on the phone & I let him know he refused to pick it up. The kitchen staff told her something in Spanish and she responded in Spanish and continued to eat.

There will not be a third attempt. I’m not...
