So, I loved this coffee company and my favorite is the one in burien and federal way but this one in kent was closer so I went two weeks ago I expended 20 bucks and I gave her my number for points and I didn't get points for my order. I just went yesterday 6/26 I was in the area I paid cash gave her my number and AGAIN NO POINTS, so, why you want me to be a "member" or wte you want to call it, if you're not giving me point, plus I ordered an americano and it was warm meaning it wasn't fresh and it tasted like drip coffee. Paying for something that im not getting it right!! and no points!!! I'm very disappointed.
July 3rd. Again went to the one in kent since it was closer and spent almost $15 dollars and I wrote my number in the receipt cuz I paid with card and Again no point... and they don't even ask for the phone number anymore and even though I have give it to them in several times, still nothing. I...
Read moreThe coffee is always good! Baristas are always so sweet! Used to be my favorite spot. But recently, it has been very verrry slow. Today, there was 1 car at each window when I pulled up, and they had clearly already placed their orders. I figured those cars would be finished soon, and I was only car #3, so I chose to get in line. I was in line for 30 minutes. Both cars in front of me were only handed 1 coffee each, so it’s not like I was behind some massive orders. A similar wait time last time I came as well. At some point, cars pull in behind you, and it’s difficult to pull out of line. Consistently delicious coffee! And today was no exception. Just no longer my spot for a quick coffee when I’m in a rush- which I feel is the reason many people choose drive thru coffee locations. Some might rather opt to sit in a cafe for a half hour, rather than...
Read moreWe got a mocha and a bagel. Mocha was just hot chocolate. They billed us for a burrito instead of a bagel and tried to chalk it up to machine error that it sometimes took the wrong item. The burrito was 66% more expensive than the bagel. They also up charged us for the mocha - their menu had a 12oz mocha for $3.75 and we were charged $4.5 - not a big absolute dollar amount difference, but hey, at least stick to what your big menu says. Upon pointing out they said "we make our mocha with chocolate milk unless otherwise explicitly asked". I didn't have the time to argue on this. But do you really expect customers to explicitly "ask" for the ubiquitous standard drink preparation, when you have no indication anywhere that you use a different recipe by default? That's just plain extorting extra money from...
