Kimball Extended Stays — Hotel in Kimball

We live on the road and travel for work full time. We had booked this hotel for a month long extended stay after staying a week in another nearby location. We where really excited about staying here with the great weekly rates the really cute pics of the newly remodeled rooms and the coffee shop was a major bonus! I called ahead of time to check availability for a block of 3 rooms (for other workers as well) We even had reservations for an early check in! Everything was a go and we felt clear to pack up and move locations.

However, we did not actually get to stay in this hotel. Upon arriving around 1pm the place was empty. The office was closed and they where clearly not expecting our arrival. Parking lot was empty and there was a note on the door to call a number. We called the number. We where them told that they where confused about which hotel we where booking at and there was no availability at the hotel we booked at and where sent to another hotel where someone would meet us to show us a room which where suppose to be larger. The rooms at that motel where tiny, smelled, completely outdated, and I wasn’t even going to step foot on the carpet. It was gross! Needless to say we where NOT living there for the next month.
