My daughters and I were heading back west from a cross country road trip with my vintage Aladdin travel trailer. After noticing my trailer wheel dust cover came off and the grease was burning hot, I stopped at Bretts shop to have them take a look. The bearings, wheel drum etc were all shot. I left the trailer there and headed back west with my girls. After a lot of research and phone calls it was decided that the only way to fix my trailer was to have a whole new axle built. After quick work he called to let me know it was ready. I drove back last week and picked it up. Upon arrival, Brett did everything I needed to get the trailer hooked up to my truck assuring I would be safe and proper back on the road. I have never felt more cared for and in good hands by a shop or complete stranger before. I feel so thankful for all the time, dedication and absolute trust I experienced from them. My husband and I were traveling back home to Colorado this evening and picked up a nail in the loaded trailer we were pulling. We were referred to Kimball Service by another tire shop, and limped our trailer to their shop. We pulled up just shy of a quarter after 4 and asked if they’d be able to throw a quick patch on our tire. We had a spare, but the sidewall was severely cracked and we had concerns about driving on it to Denver, especially after dark.

Pulling off a tire and throwing a patch on shouldn’t have taken more than 15-20 minutes max, but they insisted they didn’t have time to do it tonight and recommended we just drive to the next town over, or bring it in tomorrow. They were pretty dismissive and unconcerned with our situation, and very unwilling to go the extra mile to help us out.

I work at Clean Harbors in Kimball, and when I got to work this morning I heard that my tire was hissing and losing air. One of my coworkers helped me jack my car up and we took the tire off. Called the Kimball Service Center and these guys came to my work, grabbed the tire, took it back, patched it, brought it back and put it back onto my car! Talk about phenomenal customer service!!!
