Days Inn by Wyndham Kingman West — Hotel in Kingman

So we stopped at this place in Arizona since all of the other hotels were full due to spring breakers. We were moving across country with four people and four cats. I have Ehlers Danlos so I use a wheelchair. We get to the hotel and tell them we have four cats. The receptionist says ok are they service animals? and we tell them no but we got them for me since I am home alot and do use a wheelchair. So the lady was just really trying to give us the cats for free stay since it is usually 10$ per animal. She put us in a nonsmoking room. hotel room was ok. carpeted and kinda dirty. we wake up in the morning before checking out and all of a sudden this grimy creepy man all tattooed starts yelling at me as I am loading my suitcases into my car saying " hey lady , yea you, what is your room number" and so I started walking away since he was very scary. and he proceeded to shout at me and ask my room number. so i said i dont know and hurried to get the rest of my things so I could check out. then there was another man coming towards me, wearing slacks and a button up purple shirt. and he confronts my underage siblings without permission about what room and how many animals we had. so then the first creepy guy comes up aswell and they are yelling at us about how we aren't allowed to have cats in that room blah blah blah. As well as scaring us they scared our cats and made them scratch my brother and the cat was running away through the parking lot! We were put in that room and they let us put our pets in there. So neither of the men have any labels or name tags saying they work there or anything. They make us go back to their office to pay for the animals saying that their receptionist has different policies than they do..... which doesnt make any sense. so we really dont mind paying either way but we did not enjoy being harassed! He goes to his computer and is going to have us pay and then sees that they are put in as service animals. So we tell him the whole thing about the receptionist and what she did and how I use a wheelchair, and then they were like "oohh nevermind, i misunderstood "

Disgusting! The one positive I have was the front desk staff were super nice. The room however was so gross. Walking into our room they painted over the eye hole and the mesh on the windows had tears the room number wasn’t even put back on the door yet it was in the window. The ground outside was wet from the air conditioning next door and had trash and bugs in it. Went to sit on the bed and it sounded broken. Plus there was food and crumbs all along the bed on the floor. I never walked in the room with my shoes off from how dirty it was. The desk leg was broken and propped with cardboard that was out of place which the desk legs looked like it had water damage. The wood at the bottom of the sink counter was busted and our bathroom floor was soaking wet and dirty. Once we went to bed I rolled over and looked at the night stand and there was a cockroach on the night stand running around. The sheets were scratchy and bed was super uncomfortable. The next morning went to get breakfast and the coffee tasted nasty like the pump had never been cleaned apon walking in the fridge was left wide open also with the yogurts and waters in it. My husband tried to shower but the water was freezing cold and the sink was scauldjng hot. Later that day coming back to our room I went to lay down and there were little red bugs on my pillows and another cockroach in the bathroom and that’s when I went to get my money back. There were also weird guys on the top floor being loud mid day and spitting down by our room I had to walk down before walking out because I was afraid of getting spit on. We had a non smoking room that freaked of cigarettes. And there was a little dog barking in a room from 2-4 am . I had gotten zero sleep due to how disgusted I was but I tried to manage through it but it was not worth it I would have rather slept in my car. You know I been staying for the last few months at this hotel. A lot of issues, no toilet paper, no blanket only a sheet before, issues with booking and rooms, pillow without even a pillow case, I have had dirty sheets and pillows, AC units broken, mold everywhere, toilets not flushing, gosh I could go on but we never once complained ever!! Tweaked everywhere, and just dirty rooms, things weren’t clean, and Kicked us out of our room early both times even though we’re members! Even with this all they still had the nerve! I stayed on 29th to 30th and I had seen a 250$ charge before I even left my hotel! This is exactly why I always video my rooms for my protection when I leave! I had thought it was a hold they do on hotels you know with cards, however today when I checked my statement it was there plus my other room charge! I called and the lady stated it was weed smoke smell from house keeping however later on she stated basically that they found weed. Okay so which is it? And how did I get a charge prior to even leaving a room?! If someone smokes outside somewhere it smells everywhere that doesn’t mean someone smoked in a room? If someone has something with them doesn’t mean they smoked it in your room!? Like weed seriously lingers everywhere and there were lots of people smoking outside everywhere. The lady kepted changing her story, and then she wouldn’t even tell me when a manager would be back to speak too. I’m super appalled, like beyond shocked. What do you mean you don’t know when your manager will be back at all? Or have any way to contact t her very unprofessional. And it’s super unfair. I won’t be staying with this hotel again.
