Burger King — Restaurant in Kingman

I will start out as this particular Burger King has in general come a long way from a few years ago. We used to come in weekly to every other week. We stopped because the customer service WAS SO BAD! The employees were very rude and incompetent. I had a gift card and they told me they didn't take it at that location. A GIFT CARD! That was the final straw about 2 years ago. A few months ago we decided to give it another try. We were hungry for a whopper. The food tasted much better then when we stopped going. It was fresh and actually tasted good. So we resumed eating at this location again. The staff is very friendly to the customers! We were very pleased. But, I do have a MAJOR complaint. This will be the last time to patronize this restaurant unless things change. I have witnessed on multiple occasions a manger named Chris belittling and berating employees. As a customer I DO NOT WANT to see and hear this as I am trying to order my food and eat there. I don't like to complain. I didn't a couple years ago. I just STOPPED being a loyal customer. I am at that point again. On multiple occasions I have seen him yelling at his employees. In thier faces. Talking to them like they are children. Not that this would be acceptable, but the first time I saw it I thought the employee was having "issues" and needed to be delt with sternly. Even if I felt it was excessive at the time. But since then I have personally witnessed this being done to multiple employees. THIS IS UNEXCPTABLE!! I am surprised that the employees are as nice as what they are having to deal with that toxic and hostile work environment on a daily bases. I am sure the employee turnover rate has to be through the roof! I had oreded through the drive through today and STILL did not escape his deplorable treatment of his employees. He was aggressively telling the employee how incompetent they were and that how much better he was then them. RIDICULOUS!! My food today was not the best. The oil was old or fried too long. So the nuggets and jalapeno bites were not good. The wrap and cinnamon rolls were good. I do EXPECT this to be delt with. Until then this will be the last time to your establishment. There are many other places I can spend my money where I don't have to listen or witness that kind of abuse. Please let me know when this was delt with so I can partake in enjoying my whoppers again. I will be posting this to Google reviews. When this issue is resolved I will be happy to leave a positive review. Because the rest of the employees I have delt with have been very friendly and also go above and beyond...

Truly amazed at how horrible this place was! The food was cold, messy and not even correct.

We ordered a bacon double cheeseburger (plain) with chicken fries and fries, a rodeo double cheeseburger (no pickles) with chicken fries and fries, and a (#7) crispy chicken sandwich meal. We got two bacon double cheeseburgers with everything that looked like they had been sitting for hours and probably had been since they were cold and the cheese was hardened. The chicken fries and fries were all old, hard and cold. The chicken sandwich was old hard and cold too with soggy lettuce and they didn't have any mayonnaise to put on it. One coke machine was out of coke, the other had it but it was flat and so hot that the ice didn't even make it cold.

The staff was frustrated because the customers were all upset so they were incredibly rude to everyone. They also didn't know how to ring up the orders.

Some of the employees were handling food without gloves and some weren't in uniform.

The entire restaurant (including the play area and bathrooms) was horribly dirty. The floors were all incredibly sticky and there was ancient food everywhere.

I only had a few bites of my food and now, about an hour later, I'm starting to feel sick to my stomach.

On top of everything, it took 10 minutes for someone to come over to take our order and over 20 minutes so...

Sadly… this was one of the worst BK’s I have ever been to.. and I usually Love BK!..

I will say the staff was polite and did what they could to help.

We were dine-in and had several orders in our party. BK was OUT of Whoppers! We ordered Whopper Jr.’s instead. They forgot to add cheese. Our order of a Junior chicken sandwich was also forgotten along with the small fries.

This BK was very low on fries, and their fries were cold when we received them! Their fries were thin, stale and might possibly have been from the McDonald’s across the street because they were not the same usual BK cut of thick fries.

The two Big Fish sandwiches were overcooked, darker than usual and very dry. I asked for 2 BBQ sauces and they were out of that as well! I asked the server to please find at least one BBQ sauce and they were able to find one, which had dried sauce on top from another package.

All three of our drinks were forgotten and we had to go back and ask for them.

The women’s restroom was another disappointment. It had toilet paper on floor, smelled terrible, there was a fecal explosion in one stall and the walls of the inside of the stall I used looked like it had soda and who knows what else on the dirty walls.

As I said, I’m so sad to give a negative review.. I hope this helps for any...
