Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Kingman

If you visit in the afternoon on Tuesday, you can get a burger and drink half-price during happy hour. Can't beat that deal. Usually, I don't have any problems with my order. It comes fast and hot with no errors. Today was different. I ordered a cheeseburger without onions and it came with onion on it along with mayo instead of the mustard I ordered. Unfortunately, I was all the way home by the time I realized it was made incorrectly. The onion rings are better than any others I've tried, that includes restaurants you sit at and order with a waitress. I love their cherry limeade!!! It's the best. Their selection of drinks with add-ins is the most complex I've seen at any restaurant. I'm hoping this particular visit was a one time disappointment. I will continue to patronize this particular location in the future. Everyone makes mistakes once in a while. I can live with it. Make sure you try a shake or Sonic blast. Their ice cream is the best of any fast...

Stockton is much better. 3-4 workers at the time. One car at window (drive-thru) 2 cars in lot including ours. Order was placed about 9:59 pm. Paid with credit at 10:02. Received order at 10:34 pm. Over 30 min wait for typical meal for 2. Shakes were mostly melted on the outside. Footlong (coney) was very sloppy and the fried hotdog was still semi cold in middle. Burger was fine except the patty was old and over cooked/dry. Seems as if they reheated a old patty. For the 30+ min wait and being 2 hours before close id think the food would still be good. The customer service was great by the guy who gave our meal. But the food sucked. Tossed in trash when I got home (im local). Too much playing around with their drive-thru friends might be a problem or just lazy workers. Best to drive the extra 2 miles to stockton...

Honestly, Im done with both Sonics in town. They cater to the younger douchey crowd, you know the kind, trucker hats, no respect, couldnt rub two brain cells together, the my dads the sheriff/lawyer kinda people. Last night i ordered a 60$ meal and pretty much everything was wrong or damaged in the bag and that was after waiting 35 min for a mobile order. Meanwhile douchey crowd pulls up in their 6 trucks for like 8 people and their like 8 shakes took less than 4 minutes. I get home and it turns out you didnt even give me half my order, my chili tots where sideways and all over the bag. I was suppose to have Meaty Chili with my burger, even though it was online, they messed it up and put green chilies instead. Managers on shift didnt care to hear me out so im done.
