well i was gone hold my peace but i don’t take scams or disrespect too lightly this is the worst hotel that I’ve ever been to mind you I’ve never heard a hotel before that you’ve had to pay a $50 deposit and never got back or that you would have to pay $50 a night and then a $50 deposit and you will get it back the next day I’ve never heard about them. I’ve never stayed in a hotel like that so with this one, my boyfriend paid online for the room and then when we got there, he said it was a $50 deposit we will get it back in the morning right as long as we follow the guidelines, which is what we did. We enjoyed our night when we got to the room the room had two beds. One bed had a sheets and blankets that was nasty and very stained so we didn’t sleep in that bed and the other bed it wasn’t too bad but you could see some of the stains on the blanket, but we just made it work so we didn’t take a shower in the bathroom because the bathroom was missing paint the toilet was nasty and the floor was nasty and when you looked inside the tub, it was like very disgusting. The paint was missing. It was like red stain everywhere. I myself personally got a towel and ran it under hot water in the tub and tried to scrub the tub out because I didn’t know what it was and the guy was coming up and was on the towel for them to go away and say we tried to do something to their sheets or with hair dye know nobody was using hair dye at their hotel. We didn’t come there for that. We can have a good night. We enjoyed ourselves and we ate our food and we slept and we got out the hotel the next day. My boyfriend was told he would get his money back within 4 to 5 business days. It’s been that we haven’t seen anything. These people were willing to just scam out of money. They knew what they were doing. first of all the guy that works in the lobby looks sketchy like come on now. The hotel is religious overpriced to be that way like I’m not gonna give it a full bad review because we enjoyed our night but don’t give it all like y’all some good quality hotel there’s junkie staying in the hotel. They do whatever they want there are there’s people living in the hotel that do whatever they want there like come on out but be for real when you have actual guest that wants to enjoy their night you don’t just do that to them y’all scammed. My boyfriend had his money and I will be calling corporation of America because I’ve never heard of a lowdown ass hotel that would make somebody pay $50 and then the shit that we try to clean up after y’all we don’t get paid back for my boyfriend woke up the next morning made the beds. We took out the trash. We cleaned up everything that we had got all of our stuff together and made sure the room was fine. left behind us. That is ridiculous. Don’t come on here trying to make yourself look like you’re a great person or a great business when the real world know what’s going on people read the reviews before they stay somewhere the shit say 3.3 on the reviews be for real don’t ever in your life disrespect me or my boyfriend opinion to how we feel now you can send him his money back the fast way or we can take this up with the corporation over the hotel I have videos in my phone of the room and the bathroom in the bed in the nasty sheets. I have it all so if you got proof, so do I let’s play that game.thank you have a great rest of your scamming day tf. AND OH NOW...

I can not begin to describe my stay. This place is horrific. I stayed in room 240 with someone the other day. The first thing I noticed was the smell when I walked in. It’s advertised no smoking but it smells like chain smokers. There was still old food in the floor. The bedding was dingy & nasty. Within 5 minutes the light above the sink was flashing off & on. The tv did not work at all. Had some ghetto satellite thing. The pool was not open. It was a legitimate health hazard. They had black tarps with rocks holding it down. Nothing that’s advertised online is accurate. The pool is a literal seas pool, the bathtub is peeling so bad that it’s permanently dirty. Burn holes all in the sheets & bedding. Dead bugs all around the room. Towels were filthy. I asked for new towels & was given ones even dirtier. Was refused a new room by some white guy at the front desk. I went to get my deposit back & the owner said “yes sure let me get my housekeeper to check” then told me we would not be getting our 50$ deposit back because of the towels & sheets. When I told him I was given those things in that condition he became irate & told us we would not be getting our money back. It’s a scam. There was a man who was refused his 25$ deposit back in another room for the same thing. Owner refuses to see pictures of the room we took upon entry. Do not waste your money....

Terrible. They didn’t offer a refund or compensation. You can read captions through pictures. What you don’t see there - air felt damp. 🤢 AC was off until we turned it on (you have to run it in FL and GA) Humidity… Big condensation spot on the fridge door and the bed felt damp when I sat on it. Officially the worst stay ever - and I don’t say it lightly, because I always prioritise saving money, specially if it’s just to rest during a roadtrip, and therefore have stayed in un-fancy places before. Unfancy is ok, dirty - isn’t. Checked in so late that we didn’t think we had options. In the morning front desk said the room was out of order and was given to us by mistake, but we had already spent the night. Upon discovering the shower handle was MISSING, went to the front desk, but that happened 20 minutes before checkout. Very inconvenient as you’re about to shower and hit the road, but can’t. They gave a new room just to take a shower and specifically asked “not to use the beds or anything”… New room did not have toilet paper, but the “out of order” one - did. So it seems like maybe they give it to people anyways. Plus the “out of order one” had a wet toilet lid when we got there. (It would have dried if it was abandoned. Condensation looks...
