Waffle House — Restaurant in Kingsland

Well I always had a great experience during the mornings around 8am but I had the absolute worst experience yesterday morning at 1:30 am myself and husband and some friends went to enjoy what we thought would be a nice breakfast but the waitresses and the service from them was horrible We never had a bad experience like that before there those attitudes rolling eyes and talking smack was uncalled for I have been a waitress before so I know exactly what the ropes are. Our waitress was terrible she kept on rolling her eyes when we placed our order brought our food out piece by piece so when we got one item that was about cold before we got the other didn't have silver wrapped properly just threw it on the table didn't get any refills nor a smile it was a nightmare.Than this other waitress when we first walked in to be seated she was so rude we picked where we wanted to sit but all the tables were filthy except maybe 2 I mean completely trashed she was slamming plates and other dishes and rudely said yeah it's going to be awhile before you can sit about 30 mins she was very unprofessional the whole time she was talking smack from the time with sat down until the time we left out it even got worSt when we went to pay that was the poorest service we ever had and I think we deserve a free meal or our money back. I've eaten at quite a few Waffle Houses across the country mainly along the Eastern Seaboard from Maryland and West Virginia South down to Florida. This is another very fun Waffle House to eat in. The staff was polite and they were quick to take our order the food came out too quickly and was great all in all. The tables and restaurant were clean in spite of the heavy customer flow, and the dishes were clean also. The restrooms were clean and the parking lots where fairly clean for the time of the day. The only thing I found wrong was that they not only overcooked my bacon in the middle, but the ends were barely cooked. . I'm not sure how they managed to do that with eight pieces of bacon but at least they were consistent. They also cooked one side of my sausage well done as I had asked for, but the other side was not well done. I give it three stars because my brother and I were the first customers if you don't count the day I walked in before and was given two free waffles for having never eating a waffle from waffle House and technically being the first customer that ate there on pre-opening day while they had a pep meeting. I use to know everyone that worked there and the service was awesome. They food is up and down with some of the cooks making food decently and others cook bad food because it's just a 9-5 job for them and they just don't care. Ben was a great manager and Jeff was the best cook to ever cook there. Both Ben and Jeff are no longer there and employees come and go with the area and type of age range that work there.
