The supposed manager was extremely rude and a bs-er. I called ahead to make the order for pickup. I specifically told the employee over the phone that I had the 5 free wings coupon. I specifically asked if they took the ONLINE COUPON. She said it was FINE. just show it upon arriving. When I ask for the total she gave me the discounted price. I assumed all was fine until I actually got there.
When I went up to pay for my food, I showed the woman cashing me out the online coupon. And just as I thought she started going into how that was a coupon that needed to be printed out and they would not accept the online coupon. I let her know that I called ahead to confirm the online coupon and I was told that they would. She said that was wrong and insisted that the they would not take the online. I asked to speak to the manager. She said she was the manager.
So I politely showed her the online coupon on my mobile device. (which I have attached to this review) I asked her to show me where it said customers were required to print it out? NOWHERE. It literally says on the top of the page in big bold letters " Wing Alley Coupon " she continued to argue with me. Then says she needs it for IRS TAX purposes. Lol. I just found this to be the most ridiculous reach in an already caught up lie.
I told her I have worked in marketing for over 6 years and with online marketing being most common in the year 2019 the IRS requires no such thing. Stop lying. And IF that was infact true then why wouldn't they print that supposedly very important fact on the online coupon as a desclaimer. ( *Printed coupon required. ) Simple as that if it was sooooooooo important for taxes. She said she would take that into consideration. First it was so important they needed it printed out for IRS. Now she will only consider adding it to the online coupon. WHICH IS IT? What complete BS.
Wing Alley is the sister restaurant of PG's wings just 10 minutes away. I have always gone to PG's and they take the mobile version. And sometimes when I bring the printed version out from local paper the dont even bother to take it. To they just look at it at checkout and give me the discount. So I know for a fact fact fact she was lying. I will never go back to this place. It was such an akward unnecessarily difficult experience. Who needs all that drama.
This was not about the money it was merely over 10ish dollars. I was just astounded at how far this crazy woman would go in lying before she just admitted that she was CHEAP. Honestly I would have respected that more and just paid it. But the fact that she would go through this elaborate lie was so pathetic I couldn't give them my business. I can only imagine how many people she has gotten away with telling this BS? She was the manager, I wondered how many people has she scammed?
Definitely will not recommend Wing Alley. Go to PGs. Same delicious wings, if not better really. If there was a negative 0 option for Wing Alley that's what I...

This place has "voted best wings in Osceola county" several years in a row on the window. I LOVE wings, and I had to try them !!
My wife and I went in during the afternoon. The place was empty. (Which I guess should have been a sign) We ordered a salad, and 15 wings (a few with Old Bay seasoning, and the rest "Extra Spicy".
I like to write good reviews, and I seriously hate to write a bad review of a restaurant, but I wish someone else had before I visited, so consider this my contribution to the community: The salad was "meh". Not super fresh and with store bought salad dressing, but that was fine. We didn't visit for the salad anyway.
The wings came. On the side they gave us carrots, celery and blue cheese all pre-wrapped in cellophane. No idea how far ahead they prepare the veggies, we didn't open it.
The wings had to be the biggest disappointment we've had in quite some time. All of the wings were over-fried. The Old-Bay wings were over-seasoned to the point that you couldn't taste the meat. The "extra spicy" wings were extra vinegar tasting, and not spicy. I'm not sure why it tasted like pure vinegar, but it was really not a good taste. They were so bad, my wife and I both ate a single wing and asked for our check.
One other couple came in while we were there, they sat behind us. We overheard them complaining that their wings were way overcooked.
To be fair I probably should have told the restaurant about our impressions of the food, but I was just too shocked to find a way to articulate it and still be polite. (My apologies to the management)
I don't know who voted for all of these "best wing" awards. Maybe they have new ownership since then.
There are dozens of other wing places in Kissimmee and Saint Cloud. I'd recommend for wings, you visit any other one of them.
To end on a positive note: The staff was super nice and very pleasant. I really wanted to love this place. I just can't. Thank you all for the...
Read moreIn response to the owner. Thank you for replying but you may want to update your staff because that's what your staff told us that it was a powder not fresh garlic. And if you like I can give you their names but I don't think you want their name posted across a review. But the staff member was very nice and helpful but that staff member told us that it was a powder it was not fresh garlic.
From the silent traveler to all of you be well be positive be blessed. While I was in Orlando Florida I had a chance to stop at wings Alley actually I was invited to try out their wings I'm not going to lie to you their wings that's it if you going to get them make sure you add the garlic butter to it because if not all it is it's a powder so it's a dry powdered seasoning for those wings. It is best that it is buttered then season that's why the extra four stars for the service because we were warned to have it buttered and I'm glad we did. The vegetables are small serving and a little soggy so they may not be as fresh as you want them. I didn't get any pictures because really there was no excitement for those because once they came out if it wasn't for the butter to make those wings juicy it would have been rough. But it was a nice flavor so if you're in the area give it a try check it out it's been a lot of mix reviews some like it some don't but if you are definitely in the wings stop by Buffalo wild wings or stop by Wingstop. But you definitely want to make sure you know what kind of wing you're getting from the silent traveler to all of you be well be...
