For the most part, it's fine, but we, as owners, pay far too much to have unclean rooms. This time, our room was not cleaned well at all. After only half an hour of walking barefoot, the bottoms of our feet were black! Tell me you never shampoo your carpets without telling me you never shampoo your carpets!
When we moved one of the chairs, we discovered a large, gross, sticky, yellow stain. It seems your custodians only clean around objects, if they clean at all.
Moreover, the water dispenser spout is horrifically crusty and disgusting. I question whether it has ever been cleaned.
This experience leaves me wondering what else has not been cleaned. Oh, and there’s mold in the shower!
Like I said, we pay far too much as owners to experience a level of cleanliness lower than that of a motel. This is unacceptable!
Also, one of the sprinkler caps just straight up fell off and the attachment to the hair dryer doesn’t even fit/go with that hair dryer! This place is poorly maintained! Ridiculous!
Update: I am reducing my review to 1 star. We had some INCREDIBLY noisy people upstairs above us with like 5 children stomping, shrieking, playing loud music, for THREE days well past midnight with zero consideration for their neighbors. We have a baby we have been trying to keep asleep. We have called the front desk THREE times and each time them saying they would send a security guard. I decided to go outside and listen for myself for the security guard and he was SYMPATHIZING with them! When I caught him coming down the stairs he said “well they have their kids with them” to which I said “ok, we have kids too!” like, what?? What makes their kids more important than mine?? And I’m sorry, I actually parent my child and teach them to respect other people. We have been owners for years and have been coming here for awhile and NEVER experienced anything like this. Absolutely deplorable! We are going straight to our owners association and taking legal action if necessary. This is INEXCUSABLE. Not being able to sleep was NOT in our vacation plans!

Read moreWe stayed the week of 11/5/22 and had a 3 BR apartment. The apartment was fine, and the resort nice. However as with all timeshares, at check-in they wanted us ti schedule a sales presentation. They offered us an RCI week, and we declined. They then offered us $150 in gift cards so we agreed. There was a hurricane that week, so a lot of people left or canceled their sales appointments. They offered us an additional $50 to reschedule to Friday, so we did. We did the sales presentation, received our two $100 gift cards, and were on our way. When we went to use the gift cards in March, they were declined. We called American Express to see why. They said they were activated (at the resort), and then deactivated four hours later (by the resort). When we called the resort they told us they’d have to research. After a week we called to see what was going on, and got voicemail. They called back the next week and told us we were offered an RCI week, not gift cards, and the resort automatically canceled the gift cards. We told them we wouldn’t have come to the presentation for the RCI week, and had declined that offer, and that was when they offed us the gift cards. They said we are not authorized to get gift cards, and we were supposed to get the week. If they’re not authorized to give gift cards why do they have them, why were they offered to us, and why were they issued to us? Further, why were we not contacted if that was the case. This experience makes us VERY negative on Worldmark, and makes us compelled to share this experience with all who ask about our trips (and that’s a lot). I expect you can remedy...

Geez where do I start!? As soon as we roll up the bellhop helps us get our things out of the SUV faster than I could get it myself and loaded it on the luggage dolly with the quickness. Showed us where to check in and held our things for us while we checked in. Front desk staff was pleasant and informative.
They have a shuttle. So if you don't feel like driving you could call the shuttle and they will pick you up and bring you wherever you would like to go on the property. You are also able to rent a golf cart for the day if you want to.
Restaurants are all nice, each with a different feel. So you will find what you are looking for. Condo was AMAZING. We were there during hurricane Ian and this place handled the storm as if it was nothing. So even with 2 of the days of our week stay being hit by a hurricane it still was a wonderful vacation.
Condo was spacious and well stocked. Clean with washer and dryer in the condo. Nice high ceilings with crownmolding and quality materials throughout. This is for sure one of the best resorts we have stayed at considering how much we paid. We have paid more and gotten less at other places. So it is worth the price. High-end yet great value. Pool was nice too and you have access to 6 other pools too.
