I took a group of friends here for breakfast one Friday morning, being hungry and able to catch a shuttle here from home. I was unaware that on weekend mornings, breakfast was a buffet, rather than a menu order. That turned out to be an excellent thing.
The wait staff was very friendly and helpful and the spot was wide open for us. I wasn't expecting a buffet, what with the normal COVID restrictions and not being available in most places, but here it was. It offered bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, potatoes, fresh fruit and french toast. Of course, coffee was on offer as well.
Everything we sampled was very good. The fresh fruit was sweet and ripe, the sausages were large and flavorful, the bacon was cooked to the perfect crispness, the eggs had just the right amount of peppers and flavor, the potatoes were crunchy yet soft and the coffee was some of the best I've had in a restaurant.
