Will never return to this location after coming for so many years after tonight you will be losing customers for sure. So disrespectful on top of they don’t value there customers I arrived at the speaker at 8:40pm when they close at 9pm after a long shift at work I was stopping for some dinner for my family. They just took a car ahead of me a minute prior. They refused service because they had to “clean” I mentioned to the girl the car ahead of me just ordered she answered no they have been here a while I also told her your sign says you close at 9pm also online it’s 20 min prior to closing in that case you should say you close at 8:30 pm if you don’t want to pay your employers to stay after 9pm. I asked to speak to a manager. The girl said “the jefe”? Not professional but I answered yes and she said well he said we’re closed and we won’t be taking your order and I said okay we’ll I’d still like to speak to him and she said okay we’ll you can wait until you get to the window “but we’re not taking your order !” Owner learn professionalism learn if a customer would like to speak to you regarding a matter you’d be courteous enough to attend to the matter and not turn away a customer without speaking to them. As I passed your staff were not cleaning they were standing around laughing along with the other worker who popped his head out to see who was at the speaker. Their charbroiled chicken sandwich is a dream. I love that it comes on the soft bun that they use for their hamburgers. It comes with mayo, and lettuce and tomato. I notice that they have the good sense to flatten out the breast in a way that makes it pleasant to eat instead of leaving you to sort out the hunks of meat. The fries could be stepped up, but that's the case at many burger joints in SoCal.
