From the moment I contacted Freedom, he was incredibly professional and attentive to our needs. Freedom provided helpful suggestions on menu selection and accommodated all our dietary requirements with ease.

On the day of the event, the food was delivered right on time, beautifully presented, and piping hot. Every dish was not only visually appealing but also bursting with flavor. I managed an event over the weekend and Freedom DELIVERED! Besides great communication before and the day of, it was comforting to know that the catering was one thing I did not need to worry about. On the day of, Freedom and Arul arrived on time and were completely self-contained. With so many other things to manage, every time I circled back to check in with him, he had everything under control. We booked Freedom Cooks for our baby girl’s 1st birthday party. We found him through the venue we had our party at and I’m soo glad that we did. He has an extensive menu, which made it easy to provide a wide array of items for our guests. The day of the event him and his team arrived on time, created a beautiful set up and were a pleasure to have on site at our party. Not only was his service great, but the food was even better. I enjoyed every dish from the Korean cucumbers, spam musubi, kalbi short ribs, crispy Asian wings to the lechon kawali.
