Barrio Fiesta is a Filipino staple. There are two signature dishes they are well-known for: - Kare Kare: a peanut butter (yes, peanut butter) based stew with braised oxtail, tripe, green beans, and eggplant - Crispy pata: huge fried pork hock They offer a house special combination ($56.75), and it comes with a large crispy pata, kare kare, and rice. So we went with that, and added a couple other dishes for our group of 4: - Pinakbet ($19.75): mixed vegetables w/ pork sauteed in fish and shrimp sauce - Bulalo ($23.45): beef shank and beef marrow soup with bok choy, potatoes, cabbage, and corn You will end up with lots of leftovers, because the portion sizes are humongous. They are great the next day, so no worries! Bring a group of 4-6, order 3-4 entrees, and enjoy!

Hello everyone. Welcome to Barrio Fiesta. Let me tell you, this place was a Fiesta. The food portions are very generous, and a great value for the price. I recommend the solo special. This food package is enough to feed more than 2 people. If this is your first time, just let the staff know and they will help you with ordering. This place is popular and gets crowded around dinner time, so get here early. There's plenty of parking in the parking lot. Thank you for reading my review. Please follow me on Google maps and check out the places I visit. 🙏

This place is good. House special is kare kare and crispy pata. $40 and large portion. Good for 3-4 people maybe even more if you're Pinoy 😃. The place is small. Sometimes the area next to the supermarket gets hot, unless they fixed it already. Otherwise, it feels and taste like Philippines. The staff are nice and friendly as well.

Good food, disappointing service. Crispy pata was very good, although my friend insists you can get it much better elsewhere. I enjoyed there kare kare, but it does not have a strong peanut flavor like it does at other places. Kind of mild, but i thought it was ok. Drinks were good & authentic (by the way, no alcoholic beverages served here). For appetisers i had the mussels - very strong roasted garlic flavor. A bit too strong for me, but others may prefer that.

Some of the workers were polite, though not friendly. One person was a little rude. That was disappointing.

Yes, i would say it's kind of expensive here. 4 food items (package deal) plus drinks was appx. $90! But it was a lot of food. Lots to take home.

Food was served up nice and hot and very fast. Very short wait. Lots of parking available - not as crowded as the Seafood City lot across the street.

All in all, it was a good dinner, but wish they were still as good as...

Repeatedly, the food here NOT good. Ordered traditional kare kare to go and first off, the order did not include bagoong. So had to drive back to get it. When we finally started eating, this dish was bland with no flavor and no distinguishing kare kare taste. How can such a well known Filipino restaurant for this dish continually serve this kind of c$&#? This isn't the first time, second, third, or fourth time I've ordered it with each time getting worse in taste. Wanted to give it a chance before putting up a review and now I felt a review is necessary before anyone else spends their hard earned money. This USED to be the best Filipino food in town and now, it is definitely the WORST. Will definitely NEVER eat their food again. Other food including their boneless milk fish was not good either so it's not just their kare kare. Would rather go to other point, point joints than to go to this "restaurant." Good luck if you...

Plenty of free parking, located outside of Island Pacific . Restaurant itself is pretty small , so very difficult to accommodate a large party. You may need to call in advance to reserve a section, so they can maybe accommodate the party. We decided to order the largest package menu, and we were in a table that was good for 6 . We did not have enough room for all the food, the dish wear and so on and so forth. They do give plenty of food for the price of the package, so if you want to have large amount of food for a reasonable price . For the items that I did try , it was good but not the best in my opinion . The dishes though that had a soup base to them , was a bit too oily for my liking so I did not try them out . I think they could improve, having maybe a bit more smaller dishes . It is very difficult when their is not enough...
