I financed my mattress for 0% interest for 24 months. Fast forward 1 year, and the bank that works for Mattress firm was trying to charge me $780 in interest that I truly didn't owe. They wouldn't reverse the charges, and were very rude to me on the phone. In a last ditch effort to save my hard earned money, I called Matt at Mattress Firm Lake Geneva. Immediately, his red flag went up, and he assured that he was going to go to-bat for me on the issue. He brought up the initial signed paperwork that proved it was a 24 month 0% interest, and within a couple of hours, called me back to inform me that he had smoothed things over. All of my stress about losing almost $800 was relieved because of the hard work and efforts of one man, Matt!

We stopped into the store to take a look at mattress options but weren’t planning on making a decision yet. Peter greeted us and asked us what he could help us with. We explained our situation and that we were wanting to return a new mattress that we bought from a different place that we didn’t love and wanted to see what Mattress Firm had. He asked us several questions about our sleep patterns and took the time to listen to our concerns. He made some recommendations and explained why they would be a good choice for us. He didn’t pressure us or try and steer us towards the most expensive option but rather explained why it probably wasn’t necessary to spend so much. We spent quite a bit of time there and in the end did end up purchasing a TemperPedic ProAdapt mattress along with this AMAZING adjustable base which took the mattress to a whole new level! I appreciated the help and suggestions that we received to help us in making our decision and also appreciated that never once did we feel pressured. We bought a new Tempupedic King, flexible (2 twin mattresses put together). Although my husband & I had done our homework and researched what we wanted on-line, as well as visiting another mattress store, PETER- our customer sales person- was most helpful. Peter invited both of us to test the various types of mattresses by laying on them. He was very knowledgeable regarding the differences among all the different brands they sold at Mattress Firm. Peter also presented the various payment options to us, as this was quite important! We did end up spending about $2000 more than anticipated because Tempupedic has set pricing and sales persons are not allowed to deal. We did take advantage, however, of their Labor Day Sale, which is the best sale of the year.
