I visited the Starbucks today, which was a Thursday and my husband whoās a diabetic his sugar was dropping, and we went into the store so that he could get something with sugar to bring his sugar up. He also had to go into the bathroom to control his insulin and I tried asking a gentleman of Asian persuasion for the bathroom code and he didnāt hear me or something the first time even though he did acknowledge that I was talking to him, and he turned around and didnāt pay attention to me, and then I said, excuse me and he turned around, and he was extremely rude and like, shouted it out to me and when I tried repeating it because it was multiple zeros and I wanted to make sure that I had it correct so that my husband could do what he needed to do and not bother anybody further and I just felt very put off by this gentleman I thought That it was a very simple question and he couldāve been patient and nice about it with this as an aside, the store was basically empty so he wasnāt overworked or anything and another aside my husband is blind and I needed to get back to him to help him. It was just overall a very bad experience and if youāre working with customer service, you say one moment, please if you feel you donāt have the time for a basic question or you just handled a lot nicer. He was extremely extremely rude and in my opinion with many years of owning fine dining restaurants he shouldnāt be working...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could do this without leaving any stars I would. Today was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks, ever. I came in with my daughter and we ordered our drinks. One of them was entered into the system incorrectly, but hey mistakes happen. That wasn't even the bad part.
The bad part was when I brought it up to guys attention he said "well that is how it was entered" like he didn't give a care in the world. I said we did say we wanted the mocha frap and not a cream one, you would have thought that it was some kind of fancy steak dinner coming out of his pocket that I was trying to get for free. OK, That kind of irritated me but meh...he was remaking the drink. No big deal right?
The thing that really made me super mad was when he brought the replacement straw to the counter and threw it across the counter with a tremendous attitude at my daughter. She's 9! She was almost in tears and wanted to leave. She didn't even care anymore about her drink. Who even does that?
I really thought the first time I went there was a fluke and people were just having a bad day. We gave them another chance, which I learned was just how it is there.
All I have to say is if you're going to work in customer service,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. It was freezing outside, the drive-thru was not super crowded, but I went inside & there was ONE other customer. I ordered a grande cold foam cold brew, a venti caramel macchiato, a grande white chocolate mocha, two chocolate milks, and three pastries, NONE warmed. Normally, that means they put the pastries in a bag before you head down to pick up drinks; not these geniuses. After 25 minutes, I'm about to finally receive my drinks, and I watch as, instead of cold foam, the barista topped my cold brew with half & half; I didn't say anything because my parents and my two small children were waiting outside. I then had to walk back down to the cashier to ask about the two cookies and the lemon loaf and the moron is putting them in the warmer. The manager was sitting at the bar watching all of this nonsense the entire time telling other people what to do instead of just getting in there and helping--TWENTY FIVE MINUTES...
