QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Lake Geneva

Worst experience with curbside pickup. Ordered online with a pickup time of 4pm. I arrived at 3:57pm and texted them I was there. I waited for over 15 mins as i watched 3 other people go in, order and receive their food to eat inside. At 4:16 I called the restaurant to ask where my order was. The man who answered said oh sorry. We got slammed. If 3 people is getting slammed, I'd hate to see them during an actual lunch rush. The first text I received from them at 3:48 is when my food was actually done. So it sat Inside for 30 mins and when they brought it out it was cold. And then, based on recommendations from others who have dined at other location's, I ordered the loaded tortilla soup. I was very disappointed with how skimpy it was. I also ordered the 3 cheese nachos. The ingredients for that came in a cardboard bowl. The first ingredient they put in was the queso cheese, which then just soaked into the bowl and there wasn't any left. I also had brisket with my nachos. It was very fatty. I also ordered a burrito. This was the most disappointing item of all. I ordered it with rice. When I unwrapped the burrito I was actually excited because it was huge. Until I cut it in half and realized that there was about 2 cups of rice in there. And how they put on the rest of the ingredients, like they were scooped, so you didn't get to enjoy all the ingredients together. Just pockets of a singular ingredient. But due to the poor construction and the overwhelming amount of rice, taking a bite and getting rice and beans, then getting rice and onions. Just an overall very disappointing experience from cold food to poor construction. I won't be recommending this location to anyone...

Made an order online. A burrito bowl. I understand I ordered in the lunch rush but this is inexcusable. 10 items were missing from my bowl. Called and asked why so many items were missing. They just said they were busy in the rush. For this to be someone's job you would think they would be able to read a list and add the correct ingredients to the bowl. Also was told you had to request for chips. Every other time I've had an online order the chips were included in the bag. Was offered to have it remade but I was on my lunch hour and had no time to go back downtown to have it remade. You could also see that there was a previous tag on top of the lid and slapped my tag on top of it. Like they were making this order for someone else and said this is close enough. This is not the first time I have had my order incorrect. This time has definitely been the worst. It's a shame. They would definitely have more business if their employees would take the time to...

Got to this location at 9:30, 08/09/24. I usually don’t get food when it’s 30 minutes before closing but I had been craving it for months and finally had the time to make it before close. When I get to the door I find out it’s locked. I see a couple eating inside but the rest of the people were workers cleaning up and what seemed like closing. I just stood there checking the closing schedule online and in person. I was so confused and felt ridiculous since workers were just starting at me with an annoyed look! If it says closing at 10pm why close at 9:30? I’ve worked in this type of food service and was always told to stay open until closing time. I would understand if I was 10 minutes before close but 30 minutes?! If it was due to something out of their control or management they could have simply opened the door to tell me they were...
