Honestly, I thought because this location was in Lake Geneva it would have higher standards. But I was wrong. The location on the East Side of Milwaukee (UWM area) has never failed us like this one did. My boyfriend got the steak stroganoff as he usually does with potstickers, and I got Korean meatballs and the Spicy Asian Ramen bowl. We literally could have made everything at home waaaaay better instead of spending $30 for our night out to eat. There was not enough sauce or steak in his stroganoff, and I barely had any chicken in my bowl, it was literally 97% noodles no meat and barely any veggie type. Read moreWalked in waited at the counter to order then a employee said due to short staffing (at least 3 people that i could see) we're only doing online odering. so a lil frustrated but then noticing a sighn we sat down and started our ordering. as we were doing that a gentleman came in and another employee who was neer by when we first arived came up to the register and took his order. Well maybe cause it was just him he took it. Then a family of 3 came in and the same guy took there order and everyone from therea order. Just frustrating to have to still be typing in a order when apparently they were more then capable of taking it as they we speedily taking others orders. New method of cooking went from a wok fry to a cold steaming process which I myself am unfamiliar with - tip of the day check temps before servicing food - if not , it can in fact lead to people getting sick ask any health department inspector and they will in fact confirm that botulism is a nasty thing. Or look up chi chi's granted that was cilantro and salmonella either way they lead to the same out come ,, doors closed.
2 stars ? My main course of pad Thai with grilled chicken was serviced correctly ( i.e. my chicken was hot and over the 170 degrees marker )
My suggestion would be to add to training, the use of a thermometer or thermolcouple, laser temp gages only the exterior of the product handled.
