Envi 2900 Suites — Hotel in Las Vegas

I offered, after living here for many many weeks....i asked the team at the front desk if i could write management. The team asked me to google review instead.

Dear upper management @ Envi suites. I enjoyed and learned a great deal from your team while staying here. The team is knowledgeable about thier role. And most important they have patience and even explain the billing twice or thrice!they KNOW how to speak to clients. And can do it in two languages.

Now....thanks to Google...im speaking to You. Yes, you, Cali. YOU , colorado. And You..utah. (tee hee) you are not going to get "your way". Eveyone has the same rules. CASH IS KING. Read that before you drag all your belongings into the office.

There are enough ATMs nearby. Dottys is open 24-7. You are not new to being a human being...so please be an extra nice one to the staff. You can go yell at people later. Off property. Or while ya zipline. I dunno. Vegas your issues out, man. Just not here. Families are here. There are games of catch and little feet. Even fur feet....whaaaat?...more on that in a sec.

CaSH is king. Swing by IRL. Reserve your room. Take a break..get a slurpie or a snack. Trust the process. I watched five rooms get turned around in like 20 minutes.

Bulding one is the best. Bug free. Near the office. Air conditioners work. Plenty of hot water. ALL THE bulidings have these features. I have not seen one bed bug. I just enjoyed the front building. Upper floors have views.

Bring your sence of humour. We are being slammed with grasshoppers. Pigeons exist. Coackroaches can be trained to go in a little trap. Calm down. The building has history.

Hello, Dog owners. YOU matter. Poop bags are available. The neighbourhood is in squares, and theres two sports complex places a walk away. You may be asked to pay doggie fee.

I hope this helps. Managment can't chamge the behaviour of humans. Perhaps this will help one person....that will be worth the trouble of writing this review.

Its vegas, man. Thats the only hickup. Try and think of it as a lively, diverse urban community. Im from Brooklyn NY. If that helps you get in my POV.

This is the worst place anyone can be. I rented a studio room here on 01/09/2024 to 01/16/2024. Did all the paper work with my ID. I went up to the room, the window blind cover was missing 4, the cooking burner extremely dirt and is not coming on, went to the toilet, worst than dirty, told the front desk, she said -- there's nothing they can do about it, I have paid and I have to be there for 1week because they can't refund. I was cleaning and cleaning to stay because I just came back from travel, the next morning I went back to the office, requesting the fix the blind and the burner or change the room for me - she said no they can't change it and asked why, she said is a rule. This morning, after packing my stuffs to leave, came out to take the luggage to the car, I didn't see my car again, called 911, inform them the situation and discussed, they advised I check the office, went there, they gave me a towing company( Rescue towing company )phone number to call. They confirmed they have my car- that there was a warning sticker on it on 09/11/2023. I rented the place on 09/09/24 to 01/16/24 a week and I travelled on 07/07/23, returned back to the united states 11/21/23. I registered the car on 01/11/24, the plate number they presented is not mine. I presented the car registration, my flight itinerary, the dmv title and date of visit. The front desk said that there's nothing she can do about it, is a different service, it's already towed. I have to pay for it. That's the way it is. I asked I should pay for a fee on a car that is not mine? This very unfair. From morning till afternoon, I didn't have cash, just returned back. This is...

Good for a couple days but overall TERRIBLE experience. Just left today because I couldn’t take another week. Cost is egregious for how poor quality this place is. NOT recommended for extended stay.

Holes in walls, sinks/pipes leaking and clogged with garbage (mold under kitchen sink pictured). Tub and shower are in poor condition. So many cockroaches.

Poor maintenance service. I put in a maintenance order during the first week. Maintenance man was unable to fix the sink without further assistance. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and stayed with family for a couple days. No one came back to fix it.

Less than a week later, I was told by the main office that a maintenance order was never made nor put into the office’s computer.

Main office also tried to charge me $50 for a mistake they made (I was charged $50 less for my first week there “by mistake,” and was expected to pay it the following week on top of the weekly $375.)

More importantly, there are families with small children living at these suites. Pool was not clean and was filled with garbage when we arrived. Garbage, chemical waste, and mold are highly present at this place. Especially by the pool. Pool was closed but not barred safely enough. No lifeguard, and inadequate life preserver.
