Negative -1. Very disrespectful B4 even going thru the door. Im 54 years old and get harassed for my ID everytime. So....I stopped going. Usually we would go in play a few dollars while waiting for the Boulder Bus(we live-in Henderson plus the 40 min Ride down Charleston to Wildfire) so it's inevitable that I would need a restroom at 1 point. I tried to use the bathroom and get cutoff by male security for id. They ask me everytime! I'm not even gambling yet. Piece de resistance....female sec came and stood by the restroom door!. C'mon! Yes. They spend time bs in the bathroom on their phones, but I'm spending money. Yes l will tell MGMT this. They cover for each other. Smell like weed, and lie. Sit in the bathroom to act like they are working. Oh and btw...if you have a pack or backpack they ASSUME you are HOMELESS! WHERE IS IT that 115degree heat and a back pack keeps you from being allowed in casinos or smaller venues like wildfire. Let's just say it...I was profiled. I graduated Las Vegas High in the late 1980s When this place was Showboat /Castaways. Bowled my first game In 1974 at the Showboat. I have pride in my city but so many people with no pride, don't know how to be cordial ,aren't from here and put a bad image on not just themselves but the whole STN family. My suggestion.....on security at all STN casinos Really evaluate not just ask questions. Observe from an outside source. Do undercover type scenarios to get a feel for the ones messing around or ego tripping. There are employees there for the check. Yes i know that there are valuable employees who are Willing to work without MGMT and not estimating or underestimating the guests. Sec Dudes 1 with the beard and glasses...A plus worker also the black younger dude,ok you get cool rated as well. As for the change Cocktail girls...dolls Thanks for allowing me to introduce you to the new hotel red rope. (Never denied. ) Until my backpack with Tupperware and work clothes from the day had me targeted. I'm not going to spend My money where it's not appreciated. Please know this...Ppl in My family opened Caesars 40yrs there. Spent 30 yrs at UNLV. Head chefs at 3 casinos in the day. I pay nothing but homage to the process. So please don't allow the least respectful employees at all STN addresses ruin the image it took the F family to make. 99c breakfast are long gone but nothing is a deal unless the experience and image are draped...

Read moreWas my first time visiting here. (President status). It was clean, bright, not smokey so that was a plus. I was here for hours spent over $1000. One of the employees who runs the drawings personally told me to come back later for the drawing because obviously I had a good chance of winning due to the amount spent. Anyway I had to bring my kids along simply because I had no other option. I was going to activate my entries then wait off wherever (IHOP is literally part of the casino with it's entrance being an open wall. Now I didn't see the problem with this being as how I've done it before at Rampart numerous times without incidence. Upon entering here they acted like I was trying to rob the place and as I was trying to activate my entries (somehow the 159 I had when I left this morning were no longer on my account to activate) and the guy that originally told me to come back was kicking me out. This place is a joke and I will never...
