I approached Shelley who was at the register and I proceeded to ask her of there is a deal on Newport short menthol soft pack. She replied yes, they are $13if you buy 2 but you need the actual card and I do t have an extra one. I. Egan to walk away and debate whether to even get them or even buy one. I proceeded to ponder why the app wouldn't suffice such a deal. As I proceeded to head back to the register, Ms Shelly called for back up and that is when Ms Rene approached and asked if I needed help I asked her if the app would suffice the deal on the Newports. She proceeded to explain she has the card at the register. I gave her a look and explained to her what I was told by the other rep. Rene added, the she herself does it all day long ringing up the card for customers who don't have the card and the store doesn't ha e any to provide. Read moreI came in with my disabled clients to get them drinks and get gas for my van. I ordered a large drink to be made and I was standing there waiting for it for over 30 minutes. My clients were beginning to get impatient and asking me loudly what was my number of my order. I told them and realized that the lady skipped my number. I was the last one standing there and she turned around and started washing the blenders. I asked the lady if she made my order and she responded yes but you have to pay for it before you can get it. I says we'll don't you think you should have told me that? The other Wawa's don't do it that way and I'm not from here. I went to the front, stood in the line and waited to pay for the drinks then had to get the drink and come back and stand in the line to pay for the gas. I asked the cashier why didn't she tell me and he said that's always been the rules and that the other Wawa's are doing it incorrectly. I felt attacked and not helped. I will never go back...

I had a less than stellar experience at the Leesburg store within the last week and when it happened again yesterday at around 5:30 AM, I thought I should write a review. Firstly the Wawa app was not working and although I know each individual store doesn't administer the app, I thought an employee might know if there was a corporate issue because it wasn't working the day before either. She didn't know. My next question was simple enough..."do you have chamomile tea bags to make a hot beverage. She didn't know... in fact, I'm not sure she knew they offered any type of tea.
