I see you had my text review deleted, along with the picture. I wondered why you responded the way you did when I had very clearly explained in my review how my stay could have been better. See below for my original review, and let’s leave it this time around yes? Extremely disappointed with this Hilton property, and frankly I think we’re done with Hilton altogether. This hotel is being run by someone overtly focused on pinching pennies, so much so that it is effecting the comfort of your guests. My husband was recovering from surgery and we were here for over 3 days. Two positives, the hotel was very clean and every staff member we interacted with was pleasant and professional and did the best they could. The hallways and room were quite warm. The ac constantly reset and never cooled the room, even with keeping the curtains drawn. I would switch the fan to ON and it would just reset after a while. The WiFi never worked, not even once. We were even given a special access code, still wouldn’t work. Usually my cell automatically connects, it did for about 30 seconds then booted me. The water pressure was minimal at best, and would completely cut out during a short shower. Towels and toiletries were in short supply. There were two towels at check in, and two rolls of toilet paper. Had the room cleaned halfway through and were given two more towels but nothing else. We ran out of toilet paper and I asked for a roll as I was coming back in for the day. Gentlemen said he’d run some up, but never came. I understood why later. The next morning went down to ask again and the poor girl searched through several different supply rooms and finally came back with a box of facial tissue. I wasn’t able to get toilet paper until later in the day when a maid was on the floor. They are terribly understaffed for a hotel of this size. However, every employee I interacted with was friendly and professional. Last straw was being charged twice. I paid advance purchase for the room weeks prior to our stay and then my card was charged again after we checked out and had been given a receipt stating $0 balance. It took over 3 days for the funds to be returned. I was never given an explanation and complaint has been ignored. Martin Hernandez is so helpful and nice/polite and his night is made by making his customers smile !!! Sandra who works front desk is so sweet !!! I love her !!!housekeeping is the best !!! Breakfast ???? Omg gloria I even know their names she is amazing and so clean and wants you to have the best meal in your life !!! I feel like I’m luxury service !!!!karen the manager is the best she is nice and love all employees. All customer service is awesome . Tina is funny and will make you day by making you laugh and makes you feel comfortable . Tyler is amazing he can really give you good advice and not just from him but your books his read and family who has given him advice and gives you his opinion his a friend . There is not better hospitality than Hampton inn on Nicholasville rd behind dennys and shell gas station . Rooms are great and very clean !!!!!! I feel like home don’t want to leave but wait did I mention the Hilton honor points?????? Yes ask front desk they will sign you up and give you points for your stay and you can take you points anywhere in the United States . Also breakfast is from 6 a.m to 10:00 a.m and you feel like your at a restraunt. Food is healthy and amazing !!!!!! Oh and there hot tea for calm and soothing to help you sleep if you have had a busy night !!!!? They have it all!! Just ask front desk they treated me like family and I feel like it . Customer service was rushed also and seemed rude when asking questions about a few things. The Fitted sheets hadn’t been changed nor the pillow cases, the comforter had jizzz stains if you know what I mean?! Thank goodness I always travel and bring my own bed clothes as well as towels and hygiene stuff. It’s very important motels/hotels hire great and very clean oriented staff because some motels are just that a motel with horrible customer service/housekeeping to collect your money and that’s it. It definitely needs to be more customer friendly service. A two nights sleep in a overpriced room with bad housekeeping services because each and every housekeeper has to reach a goal and get so many rooms cleaned and checked back out for new guests to go spend the outrageous price for the same bed clothes that I was “supposed to “ use the night before. I watched after checkout as the cleaning lady used the same bedding clothes that was put on for me that had jizzzzzz stains on them. Me personally I’ve never given under 3-4 stars just because ratings and reviews are to be taken seriously by tourists or folks booking their itinerary and I would never recommend this hotel!? Also there was people having a funeral in the conference area which seemed very weird/scary/odd to me. My condolences to the family but I’ve never in all my 40 years young seen with my own eyes a funeral or celebration of life being held inside of a rinky dink motel!!
