I think I'm done with these stores. I used to always think they were a way for bigger retailers to shed inventory at a lower price but I'm less certain now. Last week I went in and found some American Crew Hair product, looking at the price I noticed it seemed a little high. I went on the American Crew website and it was the same price as the store, actually cheaper from Amazon etc and in those cases I know I'm getting a new sealed product that hasn't been handled. When I asked a cluster of 3 managers if they could reduce below the American Crew price they looked at me like I was insane even after they acknowledged that the price was the same as theirs. Honestly, many products in the store are like this now. Jeans saying 36 down from retail of 40, even though the original retailer still has the jean on a 10 percent off sale on their website for 36 with free shipping. Not to get political but it just feels like we (the consumers) are all letting the wool get pulled over our eyes by late stage capitalism. I literally go once a week today I brought my son with my best friend and we were shopping and he said he had to go potty, I took my son out of the cart to go to the bathroom while we were in the bathroom. The fan was high. He had a cover his ears, cause he doesn’t like the sensitivity of that. While he was doing his business, there were 2 to 3 managers in the bathroom, screaming saying boys and not allowed in the bathroom again my son is three years old. I came out of the bathroom and at least 20 women were looking at me because the manager who was very apologetic made a scene and my friend saw the scene. And asked me what happened in the bathroom. I am very, very disappointing Tj maxx employees how they handled the situation. I have worked retail for ever 22 years and I would have never approached...

The cashier harassed me about signing up for a "rewards card." She wouldn't take no for an answer. When I finally said yes so she'd stop and I could leave she put a CREDIT card form on the counter and said "this is all you have to fill out." She never mentioned a credit card before that and when I said no, I'm not interested in a credit card she pushed me a couple more times and then walked away, laughed, and told another cashier that she'd almost tricked me into signing up for one. Stupid me didn't ask for a manager (I was in a hurry) but when I filled out the review online I wasn't contacted. When I posted on their Facebook page they said they would contact me but NEVER did. IF YOU THINK YOU MIGHT EVER NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN DON'T SHOP...
