Please do not go and waste your money at this store. Yes, some things are nice, however it’s all cheap-o stuff from China marked way the hell up & tonight I overheard employees talking about a meeting they recently had where it was said the prices were about to be increased even more.

You guys. Anything in that store can be found on Amazon or even the Walmart app for at least 15% cheaper, maybe more. I suck at math so don’t hold me to it. 🙏🏻

Also, they have Clearance signs everywhere. Good luck finding what you NEED, on clearance. Things that show clearance on the website do not all reflect that in the store. If you’re looking for a lamp that comes with a shade as shown on the website, probably have a difficult time finding it as well.

Very unorganized & chaotic. Things stacked up 4 & 5 shelves high and you need to be over 6’ tall to hopefully reach it. If not, and you’re willing to climb up a shelf, I’ll pray for your safety. 😂

MAYBE you will find an employee that can get it down. No guarantees tho!

It’s truly disappointing to see every single item imported from China at pennies on the dollar and marked up so high.

For junk you can make yourself with a few items from the dollar tree, time, & a little patience. Which I’m fully aware, not a lot of us have. 😕

Plastic should never be expensive. PLASTIC, y’all.

Today was the 3rd or 4th time going in to try and convince myself to get items I need, to which I’ve only made a purchase there twice and have never walked out with more than 1-3 things. I just cannot do it. Will not.

New thought process on shopping anywhere is this: Will it serve a functional purpose??? Do I absolutely need it at this price or can I do better...

Horrible,,,spent hour and half shoppin. Had 3 items needed help with could not find but 1 at one time to ask location of boxed item we wanted to buy. When we got out to garden area, the only box of desired item we wanted, was cover in dried red dirt. There had been no attempt to cleanin the box up. Since we could not find an ,,,associate,,, to help load it in our basket, another customer did so for us. He was big strong and younger than us. While shoppin we'd laid our jackets at the front top part of the basket and made sure they were away from that nasty box. , when we'd arrived at the register our coats had gotten in touch with the box and one was a new pink women's jacket, both sleeves had that red dirt rubbed into it. Needless to say I was livid. Called the manager down, and told him that boxes as such should be wiped cleaned some,,,well I DID NOT even get a SORRY, etc, from him. His excuse was, they only have a few attendees workin to keep their prices low.....B.S. some of their stuff is priced as hobby lobby prices. Who the hell is he kiddin. I was greatly disappointed in his I DON'T GIVE A DAMN ATTITUDE. This was thurs mornin about 10:30. We had quite a bit in our basket to buy,, and had planned to go back. but with his attitude bein so...

Wow, and NOT in a good way.....I did an online pick up and came to the store after texting AND calling to let the store know I was on my way for pickup. Had to wait about 10 mins and expected to be checked out a the cashier with no line that was doing pick ups. Had to wait in another line after being told she doesn’t know how to check out pick ups. While walking out the door, I noticed my comforter set was ripped. It also was DIRTY and had a red marker mark on it. I was so disappointed bc the way she handed it to me, it wasn’t noticeable. Walking out and right back into the store, I asked for help and was told to get in line and someone could help. I went looking for help, and the same young woman who told me where to look and see if they had any more I could exchange with. I found Chira, and she was the most helpful in the entire situation. She first scanned to see if the store had any more available (which the first girl could have done) and saw there were no more. She then tried to search high and low-even grabbing a ladder to grab a comforter I thought would be comparable. I didn’t find anything and got in the extremely long line for my refund. What a disappointment. I’m GOING HOME and STAYING AWAY FROM...
