Burger King — Restaurant in Little Rock

i come to this restaurant for a door dash order the worst door dash i have ever dealt with . not only did the give my customer order to a random person without check the phone to verify it’s a real dasher . when asking for a manager she was very arguement and slammed the window in my face because they refuse to fix their mistakes . a random person walks in after sitting outside your restaurant for ten minutes and then claims he is the dasher after seeing the bag and name sitting there the employee and manager was very unprofessional about the situation the employee then held on a conversation very rudely with another employee about it as far as me personally this wouldn’t be a place of business i would want to eat at or spend...

This is my second time having to deal with this horrific mess, I ordered fish sandwich Combo, Chicken sandwich, And chicken nuggets. I received my food way overcooked the chicken nuggets taste like the grease was burnt. That was this money that was wasted. I should’ve took dead money and gave it to a crackhead and let them got half of it. At least they would’ve enjoyed it. Food that I couldn’t eat had to throw it away, Called and spoke with one of the Managers. He stated to me I can’t refund your money back because you paid online. I just came in so I know nothing about your order. Instead of this being Burger King it should be called Burnup King because that’s what I received for food...

So we went for the first time to get fast food at this location in Geyer spring and we got the worst service the lady working kept saying we’re about to close we don’t have this and we asked for another thing and she kept saying the same thing at the end we got the food but when I was paying I had said hey can I get some buffalo she said yes when we got the food I asked is there buffalo in the bag and she said no and she couldn’t get more cuz there were about to close , that being said we got home all mad cuz of the bad service and bad attitude and the fries were mixed with onion rings and cold the lettuce was old and it looked black we couldn’t even eat good because of the whole bad...
