I can't say enough thanks to Jacqueline for taking a chance on me as a tenant. Coming from out of state as a graduate fellow who needed long term accommodations with zero contacts in Los Alamos, it was a relief to find an open room at Canyon Inn. A 1-year lease turned into a 3 1/2 year stay (surprisingly with no rent increase with each renewal). My room was spacious and furnished (even had a private bathroom!), the kitchen was always fully stocked with appliances, cutlery, and there were designated cabinet and fridge spaces for personal groceries. The final selling point was the availability of a FULL size washer and dryer for tenants to use as needed. I couldn't have asked for a better launching point for relocating to a town known for over priced lodging and housing...

We stayed 3 nights and greatly enjoyed our "homey" accomodations! The location is less than a block off the main road in town. We were there to visit the grandkids and we really appreciated having our own space at the end of very full days with them!
You're close to everything and it's a great jumping-off point for a quick trip to enjoy the sights of Santa Fe after you've seen what Los Alamos has to offer! There's lots to do; maybe more than can be fit in during one visit. We plan to keep Jaqualine's in our personal list of "favorites" for future trips! Just...
