Worst Experience EVER !! I made an appointment and got there 25 min early to fill out paper work, i do and then they want my "health Insurance" card when clearly that's what my vision insurance card is for. 25 min later my appt. time was up (I was the only person in their office the whole time) and it takes an additional 20 minutes to see me. The doctor was definitely not the best, and does all these tests to check the pressure of my eyes when all I wanted was a basic check up. The lady wasn't very friendly who helped me pick out my glasses and it took almost 3 weeks for them to come in !! Next thing I know ... my health insurance gets a claim and of course I get the bill PLUS my eye insurance ! It's ridiculous. Save yourself the trouble and do NOT go there. I don't usually write reviews, but I should have listened to the other reviews. Will NEVER go there again nor recommend them EVER !

Read moreI have gone to this location about 6 different times over the past 5-6 years ( not including my wife’s visits) and each time something negative happened with my glass/frame order, eye exam, no communication and overall reception when my wife and I would talk to the person who ordered the glasses and frames. It just didn’t feel welcoming when it came time to order frames/glasses. The last visit was March 2022 and the eye exam results were off. After I ordered a pair of glasses is when I discovered this. I was going to have another exam this year but decided against it with all the things that have gone wrong on every visit and went elsewhere to get a different exam/opinion. Everyone makes you feel welcome except the guy at the order desk. To call the location makes you go thru an act of Congress even when you dial direct. Love the location...
Read moreHad a great experience with staff at front desk in the Los Alamos office. Sarah was very help and friendly had me in and out. Doctors are amazing. Unfortunately I have had a huge issue with the customer service representative “Freddy” it has been over a year new and still have not received my contacts. I have taken time out of my day to walk into the office spoke with is individual 4 times personality about riding my contacts each time he said he would get it done. I have call and asked about my order each time I was told it would be looked into! I just recently had my lens warrantied and spoke with him again about my contacts sadly a year later I still do not have them.
