Smoke vibez — Local services in Los Alamos

Im struggling on how to leave a fair review and don’t want to be unfair but yet be fair. I absolutely love this store and the lady that works there Amy she has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help me. Customer service is an area that this woman excels in from every single angle. I spend a lot of money here weekly I have had her literally drive me what I’ve needed to my job site. I work in an area where at moments it demand me being standby. This weekend I needed a favor and it was not able to be done on Sunday I needed a product that would cost around $400 plus a tip for going out of her way she was not able to get the coverage to come which I understand and is what brings me to my next statement and view. If your store says open at 6 am and closes at 12 pm Please by all means mean it. I have gone 3 different times early morning and the door is locked. On a pretty recent encounter I went in and was just stopping in there for about 15 minutes I knocked on the counter I whistled and just stood there. Finally the guy who always there stumbles out of the back area and says sorry sorry brother 🤨 this guy looks like he was asleep in another dimension and I bothers him. This guy is impossible to communicate with I’ve dealt with him many times and he does not change. He does not try to communicate at all it honestly feels like your bugging him from sleeping. I understand it may be early but once you open that door you should look professional and be ready to provide the service. Again Im wanting to be fair the service from here is night and day. The guy is a joke he does not care he won’t even try and like seriously speak English I have given up trying with him and tend to go in when the lady is there. My point is to announce your open actually be open and don’t act like Im bothering you from sleeping or napping or whatever it is that’s he’s doing. Be professional and be ready to serve the community since you are a store. So again my rant is that the store is awesome they have amazing selection and Amy will go out of her way for you gaurenteed. But if you get the dude good luck because he will not care to even try it’s always no English no English like come on is it wrong to spend so much money and want good service all the time? Like can you create 2 of the Lady that works there? This lady in every way excels her customer service in absolutely immaculate if I had a buisness I would be recruiting her. I’ve seen her for the past month or two interact with several people at once and she has never ever been rude and just WOW go in and check it out yourself but at the same time the guy who’s been there will just stumble out likes he’s been asleep won’t acknowledge you at all and it’s just frustrating honestly make and effort as a person who spends over $2000 a month here do better. I know that when Amy delivers to me that’s just her going above and beyond but yesterday for whatever reason you lost a $400 sale due to not having that availability to come to me. So again night and Day on service if you get him know you’ll get caught appt service and if you get here just OMG that lady is a absolutely an amazing woman and she’s very humble in the way she acts. If you made it this far LOL sorry about the rant but if it’s Amy you get 5 star and more but the guy SMH do better seriously I can tell you that he’s costing this place money we at least like being understood when being talked to and being open when you say your open. So there you have it I’ve never done a review but let’s see what happens and possibly does anyone else feel like this? As soon as I walked in the building, I was made to feel like I was a bother. Then, when I asked if they had a section for various bangers like they do for their bowls, and the dude looked at me like I had three heads. He pulled out three different bowls for me asking if that’s what I was looking for, before I finally said “No! Ok first off 5 fricking stars!!! I was recommended a CBD gummy by my friend for sleep. I went into this store to see what my options are. Amy showed me around and was very nice.
