Mancini Sleepworld Los Gatos was the first mattress store I visited/the first mattress store I’ve ever been to in my life. I’m 32 years old, and thought long and hard about finally deciding to purchase a king sized mattress. I’d always had hand me downs in the past. After visiting this store I was overwhelmed. I had no idea there were so many different types of mattresses, different price ranges, etc. Elias at the Los Gatos store was very patient with me. I didn’t make a decision that day, and told him I’d likely be visiting other stores before making my decision. In the end, I ended up going back to this spot because I felt confident in Elias’s help/support. I went with the Aireloom Gemini mattress based on his recommendation only after laying on numerous other mattresses! This one was still on the higher price range, but not the absolute highest I’d seen. It got delivered today, and although the guys were a couple hours later than scheduled, it was no problem to me because they called and communicated that to me each time. They were super helpful, and even moved my other bed into the guest room with no charge. I had a wonderful experience with Mancini’s and I am very much looking forward to sleeping on my brand...

Outstanding! 10 STARS!! Mr. Elias Papas was so helpful! I was looking for a new mattress to replace my old mattress. We have bought all of our mattresses from Mancini's! I told Mr. Elias what I was looking for and the issues with my back. He showed me 3 different mattress from 3 different price ranges(Highest, Medium and Lowest). I never felt pressured to pay for the most expensive option. He explained each mattresses features and latest technology. I appreciate his Honesty.
