Update 3/25. 3 stars Havenāt been to Classic Burger in quite awhile and decided to give it a try. I was impressed and my experience was good. I was focused on a cheeseburger meal and didnāt peruse the menu in its entirety. Parking was easy and the place was fairly busy. A mix of newbies and regulars (by the way they ordered). I ordered a cheeseburger meal which was a quarter pound cheeseburger fries and a Diet Pepsi. $15! I was elated based upon the rise in meal pricing at fast food places. At Classic Burger I got a tasty complete meal for the same if not less than the McDās down the street. Iām a renewed fan. Stars kicked up to three from one based on my current experience and tasty food.
New owner after almost two decades of āLuā serving classic cheeseburgers and shakes at a good value to her customers. Prices have shot up about 50% on some items. Check the past menu prices versus today. I ordered a large chocolate shake todayā¦it was $8.15 !! Still a fairly good tasting shake but thereās no value with the price charged. Patty melts are close to $8. Condiments are at request and given to you one packet at a time. Thereās now a TV in the dining room which hasnāt changed otherwise. I hope the new owner can find happy middle ground between serving good food at a fair price but for now-Iām no longer a fan. Super Duper, Main St Burger, Louās and others are all in Town offering a great...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām not one to write a bad review, but the service here is awful! I wonāt be going back here. The first time I went, I asked for a kids' burger with no mayo. The lady cooking the burgers says, āOur burgers donāt come with mayo. They come with ketchup and mustard.ā I responded, āOkay, ketchup and mustard is perfect, but please no mayo.ā When I got back to work to eat my burger, I open it up and find that they made the burger with mayo, and NO ketchup and mustard. So fast forward to today, I decided to give them a try again, and this time, I just ordered the burger as is because they told me their burgers donāt come with mayo, they are made with only ketchup and mustard. So I get my burger, and I check it this time before I get into my car, and once again they made it with mayo and no ketchup and mustard. So I asked them to re-make please make it with no mayo. The lady gave me attitude and said last time I asked for, and then she didnāt finish her sentence, and then they re-made the burger and took all the other ingredients off (lettuce, tomato, and onion), and gave me a plain cheeseburger. Honestly, this feels intentional, and itās extremely rude and unprofessional to treat a paying customer this way. I definitely will not be giving them anymore of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is exactly what you would probably expect from an old fashioned burger joint. It has both indoor and outdoor seating so it's pet friendly (VERY important! LOL) What it lacks in ambience, it more than makes up for in flavor. I've tried a few of their daily specials which have been slightly fancy sandwiches that are tasty enough, but not all that memorable. They also serve some Asian food, like egg rolls and rice balloons, but I have not tried any of them yet. Because at the end of the day, a place called Classic Burgers is all about the burgers, and they do not disappoint! I should have mentioned, everything is made fresh to order. Their french fries are generous, hot and crispy. Seasoned just right and only slightly greasy. If your order to go be warned - the fries will magically disappear before you get to your destination - resistance is futile. And oh my goodness the burgers - thick, juicy and utterly delicious! The added cheese is worth the price - thick cheddar slices that wrap themselves around those tasty patties like a warm blanket of heaven! I'm not exaggerating when I say they are the best burgers in town - and with the added bonus of being very reasonably priced. Definitely...
