I recently had the pleasure of returning at this exceptional hotel, and I can honestly say it was, again, one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived until checkout, every aspect of my stay was flawless. Exceptional Management & Staff What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional leadership and guest-focused approach. While I didn’t personally meet the General Manager, his commitment to guest satisfaction was evident when he personally approved an upgrade to a sea view room for my stay. This kind of thoughtful gesture from management really demonstrates how much they care about creating memorable experiences for their guests. The front desk staff deserves special recognition - they were absolutely excellent. Professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient, they handled every request with a smile and genuine care. Check-in was seamless, and they went above and beyond to ensure I had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Accommodations & Amenities The room was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed with all the amenities one could need. The sea view was absolutely breathtaking and made the stay even more special - waking up to stunning ocean vistas in the morning was unforgettable. The attention to detail was evident in everything from the crisp linens to the well-stocked minibar. Housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work. The pool area was a true highlight - perfectly maintained, clean, and providing a relaxing atmosphere. Whether lounging poolside or taking a refreshing swim, it offered the perfect retreat. Dining & Service Excellence The food exceeded my expectations at every meal. The quality was restaurant-grade, with fresh ingredients and expertly prepared dishes. The dining staff was attentive without being intrusive, and service timing was impeccable. Throughout my entire stay, every team member I encountered embodied the spirit of exceptional hospitality. From housekeeping to maintenance to restaurant staff, everyone was professional, courteous, and dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction. Final Thoughts This hotel has mastered the art of hospitality. The combination of hands-on management, exceptional staff, beautiful facilities, and outstanding service creates an experience that’s truly memorable. I will absolutely be returning and have already recommended this property to friends and colleagues. If you’re looking for a place that delivers on every promise and goes above and beyond expectations, look no further. This is hospitality done right! Highly Recommended - Book...

We just came back from another wonderful long weekend trip to the Element Melbourne Oceanfront resort. This is our 4th time staying here in the past year and already have another reservation booked next month. ||There are so many reasons why we keep returning. The staff is wonderful, always professional with a welcoming smile. The property itself is beautiful with outstanding views of the ocean. There is an oceanfront pool on the second level with food and bar service. ||We love the oceanfront rooms with great views. The rooms are perfectly appointed, very clean, well-stocked and environmentally friendly. No plastic water bottles here! Each room has a separate spicket at the sink for filtered water with a glass bottle to fill for storing.||We love the food and beverage service too! Complimentary breakfast is not the usual boring hotel buffet. Each morning there are two hot options. Usually, one is something made with eggs (lots of variations) and the other has been pancakes or French Toast. Besides that, there are lots of other options like fruit, bagels, muffins, toast, cereal and a Chobani yogurt bar. Again, you won’t see the plastics or disposable plates here. Everything is served on proper plates with regular flatware. It is the same outside at restaurant and pool area. The drinks are served in reusable plastic drinkware. It is hard to notice that the wine glasses are made of plastic! The only time we received a disposable plastic cup is when we were taking a drink to the beach. BTW, the bartender Emily makes a great Bloody Mary! ||The valet parking attendants are so nice and polite, especially Michael and Hutch. They were always going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The beach rental workers couldn’t have been more attentive. Warrick and his crew had us set-up each day with chairs and an umbrella. They also offer surfing lessons.||Some stars from our last visit: Hutch and Micheal (valets), Deyla and Arcenio (front desk), Barbara and Emily (bar area), Jerry (fixed an outlet in less than 5 minutes of reporting it!), and the GM David who runs a...

WOW....this hotel does not disappoint! Stayed in a king suite, room was nicely appointed and roomy. Full kitchen with a dishwasher and stove top and a counter top seating area. Living room had a sofa bed. I wish that the sofa was on the opposite wall so you could enjoy the ocean views while relaxing on the sofa. Speaking of the view, while the room was on the side of the hotel, both the living room and bedroom had views of the ocean. Bathroom was large, clean, and super bright. The bath soaps smelled amazing. The smart thermostat in the room was preset but could be adjusted. The battery was running low during our stay which made the room heat up but maintenance came and fixed it. Not sure why the hotel does not hardwire them to avoid that. Pool area was nice with a beautiful view of the ocean. Could use more pool chairs as by 10 am each day we were there they were all full. You can access the beach from the pool. Breakfast was included and very good. There is a daily hot option, while we were there it was strawberry pancakes, banana pancakes, egg tortilla. Plus there were pastries, yogurt, granola, and cereals. There was a coffee machine in the lobby that made lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, etc....24 hrs a day, decaf and regular. During breakfast there was also a regular and decaf coffee bar. Parking was $20 per day, if you wanted to self park you could, just not under the building. Only complaint was the energy doors going into the garage lobby, they were super slow and didn't always work. Not sure why a sliding pocket door wasn't used. Hotel has only one room with a balcony. Saw a few dogs, definitely pet friendly. Overall, fantastic stay and look forward...

Excellent, brand new hotel from the Marriott group (long overdue at this beautiful beachfront location). It comes with hot breakfast (made-to-order French toast), vallet parking ($20), a pool, a bar, gym and a nice view of the ocean in certain rooms. Service is prompt and friendly, there's a coffee machine in the lobby where you can get a cappuccino any time of the day, rooms are clean and have all the basic necessities and kitchen utensils. Some king rooms have only a basic kitchenette, while other double rooms are larger and have a stove and a full size fridge. There is a safe in the closet. Some areas around the pool have a welcome shade from the building throughout the day. Not every ocean view room has a good view of the ocean. There's no jacuzzi, and the pool is on a smaller side, quickly getting filled up with kids at times. Check out is at 11am, the hotel gets full and I wasn't able to get a late checkout later than 12:30pm. Though many with Bonvoy platinum and above status behave/sound entitled; however - late checkout is the main thing I'm enrolled in this program for, and wish it was guaranteed (as this hotel is not a resort). Ocean is rarely still at this location, and swimming required a bit of an effort to fight thru the waves by the shore. Also, as another reviewer has stated, there's a concrete block buried in the ocean in front of the hotel, so be careful getting in and out of the ocean here. There are many shells on the beach, and watching sunrise is a great way to start your morning here.

After hurricane Milton my wife and I needed a break. The Element in Melbourne was the perfect antidote. We flew our little plane in and used Uber for moving around. This property is an easy ride from the airport and convenient to anything you could reasonably need. It is impossible to name all the great employee's, so just know that everyone at the Element could not have been nicer to us. My wife and I both had long career's in the airline biz, so we've spent time in hotels all over the place & this one is a cut above. The breakfast was healthy, fresh and delivered with a smile. The Ebb & Flow offered a nice selection of food and beverages to enjoy both at shady tables and on our lounge poolside. The social hour of beer and wine is a nice touch as well as the tea offering. The rooms are modern, well laid out and comfortable. I give high praise to whoever made the design decision to place the shower control opposite to the shower head. Same goes for all the dual door elevators. They put a lot of thought into making this hotel work. The lack of balconies are both a plus and a minus, but in the long run, you wouldn't spend much time there anyway. I guarantee we will be returning soon as we are in our "Element" when we visit Melbourne.

Beautiful brand new hotel catering to healthy active guests. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious with all the amenities you can think of. The rooms also have full kitchens that you buy food for and cook in, and they have everything you need from pots and pans to utensils and strainers. They have bike rentals as well if you want to just ride down the road or even on the beach! The menu is healthy, delicious food, and some great cocktails that will blow your mind. I can't say enough about this beautiful hotel. You can just come to the restaurant without booking a stay and see the amazing view! The most amazing thing this hotel offers when you book a stay is the "R's" program. RISE, RELAX, and REST! Rise in the morning with a delious, balanced, healthy breakfast. Relax in the evening with a glass of wine or beer with some artisan cheese and bread. Rest before bed with their 3 signature teas only they have to offer. The best part is, they're all COMPLIMENTARY! You heard correctly! FREE! Next time you're looking for a great place to stay for a vacation, consider the element hotel brand! They won't disappoint! *Hint, part of the Marriott hotel.
