I know this post is long but I think that you will find it's worth the read. So a few years ago I became very sick and was hospitalized 13 times in 1 year no less then a week at a time eventually losing all my friends but ONE. She was there everytime I was hospitalized and later when I was diagnosed terminal. She has taken me to my doctors appts and gives me a shoulder to cry on when I recieve bad news after bad news she even cries with me sometimes 💔 This person sacrifices for me all the time even taking care of me on the days that I can't take care of myself. So one day while I was in the hospital I received flowers and in casual conversation she just happened to have mentioned to me that she's never in her life received flowers, no one has even simply handed her flowers let alone being made to feel as special as you feel when you get flowers delivered to you. I decided that this special friend definitely deserved that feeling! After reading the reviews for this shop I decided that I was going to give them a call to see if they could help me out. I spoke with Karen and I explained to her that I wanted to send flowers to a friend of mine that had never received flowers before so I needed it to be as special as possible but on a budget. But she had no idea of the back story all she knew is it was very important to me, someone she had never even met! I explained to Karen what my budget was and she suggested that what I do is allow the florist Lisa to put together a custom bouquet under that budget. I agreed. She then went on to ask me questions about my person's fav color? flower? etc my only request was one red rose in the center...I ordered for it to be delivered the next day (today Dec 6th) to her work. She had no problem and was so sweet, helpful...obviously very knowledgeable and showed great confidence in Lisa the florist which made me feel very comfortable that being said I was super excited and asked Karen if they could possibly take a picture when it was done and text it to me she with no hesitation they would be happy too 😊..again a step above..that night I found out my friend would be in and out at work till around 4pm I was worried bc I wanted them to be handed to her personally. The next morning I called the shop and had the pleasure of speaking to Lisa the florist. Asked if it could be delivered after 4pm she was very accommodating and assured me that it would be no problem. I explained to her how my friend has never recieved flowers and how important this was. She assured me it was going to be amazing!! So not only did they text me a picture of an AMAZING arrangement that took my breath away..Great job Lisa!! Thank you so much for obviously putting not just talent but love into this arrangement ❤ Then I find out Karen is going to personally deliver it to my friend and text me to let me know it was delivered. AGAIN AMAZING SERVICE! I want to thank you so much Karen you really go above and beyond from start to finish you helped make this ONCE IN A LIFETIME (you only get flowers for the first time once) experience for my friend and I extra special can not thank you enough!! 💕Once my friend recieved those flowers she cried...WE cried but thanks to Karen and Lisa along with this floral shop for the first time in a long time we cried HAPPY tears ❤ This floral shop has a customer for life in both of us! What a WONDERFUL experience working with Karen. We live in Rhode Island and my husband is working on his mothers property in Florida. The next door neighbor has always been so sweet and kind to us. She mentioned in passing to him that she was having a birthday this week. but she didnt want her family to fuss over her. He said birthdays are a milestone and dont push your family away or you will find yourself alone. She took what he said to heart and said YES I want to celebrate! He text me to "make it happen" and using google reviews it was a simple choice what florist/gift shop to use PARADISE BEACH! The website is beautiful and so easy to use. I ordered flowers,balloons, gifts. Received my email confirmation. BOOM! DONE! Confirm with a phone call to Karen at the shop the next day, she assured me our friend would be well taken care of and BOY WAS SHE EVER! The birthday girl and her family were over the moon with how gorgeous EVERYTHING was and beautifully wrapped.
