Mattress Firm Clearance Center Meridian — Hotel in Meridian

I just relocated to Idaho for work. My last bed was destroyed by the moving company so I’d been sleeping on a concrete floor for 4 days. Got tired of the run around from the other stores so on a trip to Freddy’s, I decided to stop in next door to purchase a mattress and frame. The process started out pretty good but then hiccups ensued from a staff member (only employee in the store) not being adequately trained. When we finally selected the bed and frame, I was feeling comfortable even though my patience had worn thin. I was going to be able to get both from the warehouse just down the street. WRONG! Apparently, there were some screw up with the computer paperwork where I was able to pick up the frame, but the Mattress Was going to be delivered to the store and picked up on the 20th. That’s two weeks away. The warehouse said we have two of those beds, but I can’t give you one because the paperwork wasn’t done correctly and our computers are not speaking to one or another. After over an hour of sitting there and waiting somebody finally figured it out and I was able to drive off after closing with the bed and mattress frame. Fortunately, everything fit in my car and I was able to get it all to my apartment. An hour and a half later, putting the frame together and unboxing the mattress, I finally had a bed to sleep in. After all of that, I figured at least the sales rep would give me a call to make sure And I was able to get home with my mattress and frame. Instead, I got a text asking for me to review the store and my experience. I buy a mattress about every 5 to 10 years. I won’t be going back to mattress firm. I needed a mattress ASAP! I walked into this place on July 4th (thank goodness they were open) and found a great mattress. The salesman was funny and engaging. He gave me plenty of space to try out different options. He gave me different pieces of information on each mattress I liked. He let me know about feedback from prior clients about purchases (good and bad). My mattress was delivered that same day. The delivery guys were amazing as well. They brought in my new mattress, took off the plastic wrap, and put the mattress where I asked them to put it. They were respectful and efficient. I liked it so much the first time that I returned a week later to get my daughter a new mattress as well. The second delivery was also completely professional and efficient. Great place, good...

All you people had better hope that something doesn't go wrong. They DO NOT stand behind their warranties. I had a box spring break after 6 months. After the annoying warranty claim process, where nobody actually talks to you in person, they refused to fix replace my box spring under the pretense of that the frame was not right for it. It's a wooden frame with cross members that I had the same type of box spring on for 15 years with no problem. Theirs just didn't hold up and that's the bottom line. I did give both corporate and Ryan separate emails that I would post a review if they ignored me, and they still didn't care.
