Margherita Pizza — Restaurant in Meridian

This was a very special and a surprise delivery. We don't eat out often, and we thoroughly enjoyed these pizza's. They are so delicious. We both shared the garlic chicken and the pepperoni pizza's. Their red & white sauces are flavored just right, and they add the perfect amounts of meats, veggies, cheese and sauces. The fired flavor makes them savory and the crust has, what I believe to be a light cornmeal on the bottom, which reminds me of a very missed and old "Grizzly Bear Pizza" place, that was around during my childhood. We've driven by this place many times and just realized we've noticed this establishment across the parking lot from our doctors offices, and had talked about going, but we've yet to stop in. I'm a super picky person when it comes to pizza. Actually let's be honest and just say when it comes to all the things. 🙈 But I've been on the hunt for good pizza here in the Valley for quite awhile and I'm happy to say this place is yummy!

I love they can make the crust little crunchy so it wasn't soggy at all. The amount of cheese was perfect, no need to add extra cheese, and the meats were delish. The employees were super helpful, kind, and friendly!

If I had to complain about something I'd say I wish they offered wings, but I understand it's for good reason. There is a Buffalo Wild Wings right next door. But they could make their own and I'm sure people would order, hint, hint!

Love the brick fire oven, the pizza was so good. The dough specifically stood out, which is not something that normally stands out to me. Usually, pizza dough just kind of all tastes the same at some point. It just tastes so fresh and yummy. The toppings were also fresh and delicious. The sizes are on the website butfor thin crust a 12" wasn't enough to fill us up; at a 20.00 a pizza ,I don't think this will be our regular pizza place although the pizza was very good. I have a hard time spending that amount on a pizza and still being hungry after my bf and I eat it. You are definitely paying for quality, this is a methodical pizza ,meticulously cooked, which is not a bad thing at all. With that being said we will more than likely return...
