PLEASE READ BEFORE THINKING OF RENTING A LOT
First off this company has very rude customer service and the management seems to think they are in control of what is right and wrong. First off this company has unreal expectations of requirements for a 55+ to become eligible for a lot.
This is per person living in the residence... $1800 a month in monthly income (PER PERSON). "This means if you are a couple then you will need $3200 of monthly income". I do not know what 55+ couple that has that kind of income but good for you for prepping for companies like this one. If you are 55+ couple and then you also have to take care of your mom who is 80 years old, then you will need $5000 of monthly income to be eligible for a lot. This seems a little unfair considering the average 55+ on disability yearly income is only around $9,336. So moral of the story here is if your a couple and do not have retirement 401K payments something other than the base amount a 55+ makes monthly then you should LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. For the company El Mirage Mobile Home Park I would say you are driving away tons of good good people because of this and the attitude of your front office.
The management detoured application right away with these requirements. So whether they make exceptions or not the front desk rep will detour you away if you do not make that kind of money.
Lastly this is for the manager of the office, do not hang up on anyone as a manager you should be able to defuse and de-escalate and find ways to turn a negative your company made to a positive. Acting like you are in charge of anyone or anything outside of that office is something you should never do to potential paying customers. You really need to work on the listening and not interrupting not becoming offensive and being a professional. You should never cut someone off who is making a point you wait until they make the point you offer empathy and then you relate and re direct. If you are a real manager you would have known that. Next make sure your paper work is in order because if you ever made an exception, that becomes the standard, in fair housing there is no case by case basis there is only the exception you made and then making that same exception across the board to make it FAIR. Doesn't matter if management has changed it only matters if ownership changed.
You must have 600+ credit score - This seems fair
No convictions or evictions - This seems fair as well
Ownership you should really monitor the manager you put in place you may be losing on the...

Hi I'm Scott, I have lived here for 5 1/2 years and that time has been for the most part enjoyable! Cobblestone Property Management Took over in late 2020 and brought with them years of community living experience. That being said my only experience with Cobblestone is that what I have researched and experienced the last few months.
What I have seen:
What I have heard from Cobblestone:
What I hope to see:
I personally am excited about the future here at Saguaro Sun as my wife Alicia and I have made it our year round home since 2015. I have met Dara our new park manager and also Brad from Cobblestone who seem confident, experienced and determined to make Saguaro Sun a place we all can call home. As of this date 5/7/2021 I feel confident in the future and look forward to continuing being a part of this community here at Saguaro Sun.
I will try to...
Read moreI have lived here for 8 1/2 years. There are always new people in the office who don't care or who don't know what is going on. It really depends on who your neighbors are. I live across the street from drug dealers. People come and go 24/7. They fight, scream in the middle of the street. They race up and down the street. I have call the police, they hide in the trailer so they can't give them a ticket are take them off the propertey. There is another guy with a boat. Him and his friends are out there at 3 a.m. yelling, banging. Office doesn't care. There is always children at the pool. I live here so I don't have to be around children. Crying, yelling, running, jumping. The people are never with them. You have to be with your guest at all times. I can't go to the dog park. There is a lady with a dog who bites. She just sits there, yelling it's o.k.... The people in the clubhouse are rude and nasty. If you show up for bingo or cake anything. They make you feel unwelcome and unwanted. The big lady who runs things is the worst person ever! She is so very nasty!! I live here, I pay to live here!! The office mails us stuff with the wrong name on it. So very unprofessional. Cars are parked on the street over night. 136 was working on a car in the street. On night they parked in front of my driveway. When I told them to move, they yelled at me, cursed at me and told me to mind my own business! Give me a break! They have a dog who is out all the time. When we bring it back, they say they didn't know it was out. Living here should be fun. I have suggested a lot of things to do. But only the nasty people are allowed to have fun and be at the clubhouse. No new people, no new ideas...
