Needed a ring re-sized but had never been professionally sized before. We wanted to support the local business rather than a big chain so we went here. We thought they would help us find the right size but they didn’t provide much guidance to us. So, when we got our ring re-sized (for quite an expensive price) it was still too big!

We went back and they helped us finally figure out the correct size but they wanted to charge us again to re-size it again. They were nice and seemed helpful but we finally went to Jared and they’re re-sizing it correctly for about half the price this place charge to re-size it incorrectly and they won’t charge us a second time if they get it wrong...
