A local jeweler put a clasp for $379.75 on my Omega necklace that I did not approve, and it’s too difficult to close because it spins. I then read lots of positive reviews about the Gold Vampire. I went there and talked to Cory about how to remedy my dilemma. Cory told me it can be fixed where I can close it on my own. True to his word, the clasp was made stationary and I can now close it on my own. I appreciated his advise, honesty, and efficiency of getting my necklace repaired. Update: They replied clarifying that they STILL would have lowballed me for .999 silver There are other gold and silver shops in Chandler that will give you a much closer estimate. Sold my .999 10 ounce silver round for $331, much closer to the going rate of silver, will ABSOLUTELY avoid like the plague
