I have been at this resort before and this time, I was a bit disappointed. The night we checked in, I informed the front desk that our refrigerator was missing the glass shelf that is normally found above that meat and produce drawers (it is usually one piece). I was told they would take care of, first thing in the morning, since we checked in late. I was fine with that. However, they never called to check in or take care of it until I finally contacted them in the afternoon. I was told that they may not have the item, and if that's the case, they would have to order it. I asked the front desk how come housekeeping didn't address it when they cleaned the room, assuming they cleaned the fridge. They did not understand why housekeeping didn't address it prior to our check-in. They said they would inform the manager and get back to me. They called back and said they would take the shelf from another unit and replace it, in ours. They finally came in and replaced it. I then received a call from the general manager, apologizing for the situation and she said she would credit our housekeeping token. I thanked her for reaching out to me as well as crediting our housekeeping token. Pam, the GM then sent us a gift bag with a variety of items to make up for the mishap, in addition to the token credit. That was extremely nice of her to do. The rest of the stay, for the most part was great, with the exception of the last night. Being that we were there in the month of January and it had snowed for the last couple of days, the weather was pretty cold. The night before we checked out, the heater stopped working. However, because we had been out, when we returned, I turned on the oven to back, and do laundry, while our guest from another unit visited, we did not not the heater issue until around midnight. The heater would not turn on and the two bedroom unit became very cold. I called the front desk and informed them. They offered to move us to another unit or provide us with manual heaters since maintenance was already gone for the evening. We opted for the heaters, as we had to walk outside (in the freezing cold) to the main building, to o pick up the heaters. When we arrived, we waited outside for a bit, since the door was locked and the outside phone to call from, just rang and rang. The front desk clerk that came to the door could only find one heater. She offered, once again, to move us to another unit but I did not want to move my babies, who were already asleep. She tried calling a manager to find out where the other heaters were but was unsuccessfull in reaching someone. Hoping she would receive a call back, she had my son and I. have a seat, while she checked another building and waited for a call back. She came back, unable to find more heaters, but received a phone call, as she was entering the building. They explained to her, where to find them. I informed her that my son and I would be returning to our unit and would wait there for her to deliver the heaters. A few minutes after returning to our unit, she came by with the heaters. It took a while for the unit to warm up but it finally did. This was the only reason why I gave the resort 3 stars as I normally would have given it 5 stars. The first issue could have been avoided, had housekeeping informed maintenance of the issue with the refrigerator. The second issue, we feel, was caused by maintenance, as I informed the front desk clerk that my husband saw maintenance working on the a/c heater, in the unit across from ours, earlier in the day and our heater stopped working after we returned from our outing. We will still be back, as we are timeshare owners. Hopefully, we will not have any issues, the next time we visit...

I was disappointed with the Worldmark Club this past week. I had a conference I was attending at the Zermatt, which was across the street from Worldmark. I am a member of Worldmark and saw availability for a room for the night I needed and tried to make the reservation and was denied because they require a two night minimum. I called reservations, waiting almost two hours to get someone to help, and was told they could not make the reservation for me. I was even willing to pay for two nights and they wouldn't help.

It's sad when you belong to a club where you are encouraged to travel and use their accommodations and the club isn't flexible enough to help you out as a member. Will I continue using Worldmark? Probably so because I pay quarterly for it. But this experience left a bad taste in my mouth about what this place...

The location is outstanding, the rooms are incredible and comfy and clean. Service at the front desk was absolutely AWFUL!!! We walked in the front door to check in, we were never greeted, waited a couple minutes and when my friend walked around to see if there was anyone behind the desk, this girl Mia was HIDING so she didn’t have to do her job, never greeted us, and she gave awful customer service, we asked if our room was ready around 1p and she just responded “no and then said idk when it will be ready”. The only reason we came up here this weekend was to celebrate my best friends birthday and she started us off with the wrong vibes and the beginning of this weekend experience was awful. She shouldn’t have the front welcoming job, she doesn’t have the right attitude or...

This was such a fun little get away for the night. My husband and I went here for our 4th anniversary and loved every second of it. The rooms are very nice and updated. My favorite things would probably be the fireplace and the jetted tub. The customer service was great, and they even gave us some coupons for some local restaurants. They also gave us a free little package that included some sparkling cider, a rental movie, popcorn, and some other small little treats. They have a little game room, gym and a heated pool. We would love to come back. They also allow service animals. Although we didnt bring ours.

Worldmark Midway is all about access to outdoor adventure. It is nestled in an idyllic setting in the Wasatch mountains. Fresh air, and scenic views abound. If you're a golfer, the 18 hole Wasatch Golf courses is literally in they back yard. Fifteen minutes away are two state parks: Jordanelle and Deer Creek Reservoirs. We've boated and kayaked on both of them. In the winter, there are phenomenal ski resorts 20 minutes away in Park City. It snowmobiling in the mountains. To top that off there's some really great 4-Wheeling trails in Snake Creek Canyon for the casual enthusiast or hard core off roader.

Stayed here 2 nights while on a road trip. Grounds were excellently maintained. There was a light snow the day before we arrived and all the roads and sidewalks were dry and safe to walk on. Each unit has underground parking to protect your car from the elements which is nice. Easy check in and out. Room was very clean and I felt safe to stay here during this pandemic time. Resort is super close (2 minutes) from the Watash State Park which was awesome to drive and hike around a bit. Would definitely stay here again!
