This hotel is perfectly suited for your trip to the park, offering everything you need for a comfortable rest after a day at Arches National Park. While the room itself is quite basic and small, it's equipped with essential amenities like a spacious fridge, a stove, and a microwave. The hotel is relatively new, so everything is still in excellent condition and cleanliness – I hope they can maintain this standard. Additionally, there's a basic yet pristine pool on the premises, and it's especially enjoyable since the hotel is still in its early years of operation. A standout convenience for our family was the laundry room. During our road trip, arriving in Moab meant we urgently needed to launder our clothes, and having this facility available was a huge plus. Before booking, there are a couple of important things to consider. The hotel is situated atop a slope, providing a splendid view of Moab. However, be prepared for a narrow and winding driveway that may pose challenges for those with long trailers – they might not be able to access the hotel easily. Furthermore, it's worth noting that breakfast is not provided as an option. Overall, our stay was comfortable, and the hotel's amenities, despite the room's simplicity, made it a practical choice for our visit to the park.

Perfect hotel for sleeping with own kitchen. The beds are comfortable and I slept a long time there. But we had some problems because I ordered a package to the hotel. They delivered it to the mailbox of the hotel from ebay. Two of the employee told us that there's no package and they didn't check the mailbox even though I told them it might be there and he didn't even tried to solve the problem and he told us they will deliver it next morning, they didn't. Then there was a third employee next day and his name was Juan a young man. Juan was the only and best employee who started solving the problem, immediately called to the boss who gave him the keys to the mailbox, he told us to wait and run down the hill to pick up the package from mailbox and guess what. The package was there laying 2 days. Inside was brand new Samsung S24! This 5 stars rating belongs to the Juan who saved our package. Please hotel management give Juan some fee reward for the willingness, helpfulness and kindliness. Greetings, Karel

We stayed here after hiking in arches, too exhausted to find a camp ground. Since we’re Canadian we did third party for ease of fund transfers, but this was the most affordable option to us. We were able to get a first floor room overlooking Moab. The bed was SO comfortable. Each room has a kitchenette which saved us money with breakfasts. Staff at check in was really friendly. I liked that the parking lot is tucked away atop, so it’s out of view for added safety as our vehicle was loaded with camping gear and we didn’t know the safety rating of Moab area. Hotel is clean. Must be newer. We ended up staying another night. They were able to keep us in our room. Honestly despite being pricey (as is all the hotels here) this was a great stay. Close to arches. Close to downtown. Close to the cycle path which I took advantage of. Highly recommend.

We were so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was nice and pretty spacious, a little larger than an average hotel room. It’s very new, and very tidy. The kitchen was nice, especially with the full-size refrigerator. Just be aware that the kitchen not stocked, but you can get disposable plates, bowls, and silverware at the front desk. I don’t know about getting pots and pans, spatulas, etc from the front desk, you can call ahead and ask.

Don at the front desk was an absolute gem at check-in.

Our room was on the west side of the hotel, it was such a lovely surprise to have a really stunning view. Honestly, I can’t see that any other hotel in town would have such an amazing view as from this hotel. The hotel sits above the main road, on the east side. There’s a nice little hiking trail from the hotel that we were surprised to find.

There’s no morning breakfast area, but you can purchase breakfast to eat in your room for $7.50/person. We did that, and it was very nice to enjoy from our room with the gorgeous morning view. Definitely worth it if you don’t want to pack breakfast or go out for breakfast.

The only thing that I didn’t like at this hotel is the chemical smell from the cleaning products. It’s so common at hotels, it gives me a headache and makes me feel crummy. We travel with a 2-room air purifier because of how it affects me & my kids, and that was able to neutralize the offgassing from the cleaning products.

I really wish hotels would start using clean, green cleaning products that don’t give off volatile organic compounds, which are bad for everyone’s health. There are non-harmful products available these days that are not expensive. We don’t need the volatile organic compound odors to know that a hotel is clean, we can easily see the...

So yeah, one of the best hotel/motel stays we've ever had for the money. This was in December 2021 and we booked a week before our actual visit to Moab. They were the cheapest per night for rating 6 stars and above.

The building is new from what I can tell. It is at the far north end of the town at time of writing. That makes it closest to Arches and Canyonlands (islands in the sky district) and I-70.

Check in/out was easy. We like that they provide airport style luggage carts instead of the the usual trolleys.

The room we were in had 2 queen beds. The room layout is simple but sensible with the things in the room. There was a "kitchen" with electric stoves, toaster, microwave oven, kitchen sink with cruncher and a big fridge with ice maker. No kitchenware in the room though. Maybe you have to ask the front desk for them but we didn't.

Plenty of storage spaces like drawers and cabinets. There was a movable office desk that can double as a dinner table. Smart idea. Wall plugs have integrated USB socket. Spaces between beds and furniture are good that you don't feel cramped in. Furniture is modern. Bathroom is big too.

Coffee maker is single cup style. Wifi speed was OK'ish, good enough for me to do remote work via VPN. The TV was huge but I didn't have time to watch anything, so no comment about channel availability.

We didn't spend much time in the room other than to shower, sleep and some times for late dinner. We didn't use the gym or pool (not sure they have any).

Overall, we were happy with our stay....

Called ahead to confirm pets and pool were options for us. Upon arrival, pool was empty- manager told us it wasn’t ready to be open yet? After I had confirmed 2 hours prior that it was open. Check in- was ok! The staff member was on his phone and I had to go find him, but it was smooth. Paid extra for pets - was disappointed about pool not being ready. Decided to go dinner and returned with only one dog in our room- heart sank and confusion immediately! Front desk was not helpful and could only tell us that animal control had our small dog after he got out of our room, but they (the staff) never went in per their reports. Our other dog was seen outside of our room also after speaking with management, but was in our room when we returned (still confused). They were asked to release video footage so we could nail down what and how the dog got out of our room- they immediately said that they would email me a response from someone higher up. Also- the check In staff never told me that the dogs couldn’t be left alone in our room (which they mentioned to me after our dog was missing). It was obvious they were training someone that day and things may have been missed. I am disappointed with how my dog was treated and that animal control was involved. The staff never contacted us to make us aware of any issues until we returned and we had to go to them to ask questions on where our pet was - my information was readily available to numerous staff working that night. The hotel itself is new and...
