Overall an ok stay. In general, this campground is very quiet. It's on the outskirts of the main downtown Moab area, a couple of miles. The staff in the office are not the most friendly or efficient. I stood waiting over 3 minutes waiting to buy laundry detergent while 3 of them figured something out on a computer. I was literally about 3 feet in front of them and not one even looked at me or said they'll help in a minute. It wasn't to get their computer system up again either, as when one finally did help everything was working. Either way, at checkin and throughout my stay I did not find them that friendly or helpful. There is free coffee in the office though and that was nice. The laundry room had 4 washers and dryers that were working with loads about $2.00 - $3.00. The small site we had was fine for our camper van - we actually stayed in 2 different sites and both were fine enough. Not a lot of shade and like all RV parks you are close to your neighbors, but the full hookups worked fine and everyone was very quiet. the Moab240 was happening during this time so maybe everyone was to bed early. The biggest negative I have is how dirty their bathrooms, in particular, their showers were. I stayed 5 nights (3 the first time and 2 the second time) over the course of a full week and not once were the showers cleaned. The same hair blobs were on the walls and in the corners from day one to seven days later. Thankfully I had flip flops to wear in the shower and I will say the water was hot, but in general the pressure was semi-low and the floors were filthy. At times the toilet stalls didn't have TP either and some were out of order the whole time. We didn't use the pool or hot tub nor did we walk around to see the other amenities that are shown on the map. Overall I guess I'd stay again, but only if I had good shower shoes and didn't have to engage w/the office ladies again.

This place doesn’t have the greatest website for making a reservation, but the staff here more than make up for that. My flight into Moab was delayed to the point where the arrival time would be after the check-in office was closed, but the lady who answered when I called (yes, a real person answered the phone!!) was helpful and reassured me that they would put my late check-in packet outside the office door in a special box so I would be all set when I arrived. My flight ended up getting cancelled and I arrived in the next morning. One of the ladies at the desk greeted me by name and said she was the person I spoke with on the phone. She waived the charge for the first night that I missed and made sure I was all set for staying there that night. What great customer service! Let’s talk about the campground itself now. There are spots for RVs and there are cabins as well, but I had reserved a shaded tent space. It was generously sized and was very clean. The campground was quiet and peaceful. The bathroom facilities were very clean and the showers had hot water with good pressure. This is very important when you’ve spent the day hiking in the dusty desert and are coated in sunscreen and dirt! The view from each of the campsites is gorgeous and helps you forget you are in a developed campground just a short drive from a town. The location is perfect for zipping over to Arches or getting an early morning start to Canyonlands. The entrance can kind of sneak up on you, though, so make sure you keep an eye out for the sign and have your GPS alert you to when you are getting close. I would definitely stay here again any time I am in the area and would recommend this location to anyone looking for a good base camp for adventures in the desert!

This was our first trip to Moab, some our friends who went with us had been here before so there was a group of 30 of us staying there for a 7+ days. We all stayed in the cabins which were quaint. Our cabin didn't have a fridge when we arrived so the front staff got us one, the location and amenities were good. Downsides: pool closed at 8, our kids and friends (9-12 kids) after a long hard day out motorbiking always wanted to go in the pool but was closed so had to time our routines for them to get some time in the pool. Also the PH levels must be off, both of our kids said their legs hurt after being in the pool, my wife said similar. Beds, the kids bunk beds were hard, they did NOT enjoy sleeping on them, the queen sized bed we were on was also hard and slanted in either direction was really bad lol. My daughter's full sized bed was probably the comfiest out them all. Please get some plush beds lol. Wifi: it was terribly slow if not unusable, I had to hotspot my data for my wife so she could get on the Internet. Towel rentals, expensive for thin small towels, we could have gone to a store and bought brand new better towels. Washer and dryers, half of them didn't didn't work with a credit card (were not American) so we didn't have change. Suggestions: alternative way of cooking, they have coal grills even a hot plate would be good as we flew there we shipped pans/pots with our friends coal was not an option for us, so we ate out more than we wanted to. Overall we would go back as it was a nice location and amenities

The site is located in a good location in association to the town. The bathrooms were very clean and accommodating and the maintenance staff was nice. However, that is were the good ends. We reserved 1 RV site and 1 Cottage. Depending on the length of your trailer you cannot park your vehicle on the same site due to no room at all. There is extra parking for a fee, but that was not made known to us before arriving at the site. Once we purchased the extra parking site there was no policing done of who parked in these sites. There were two spaces in our location, however, a third truck and trailer parked next to us and the other site every evening blocking enterence/exit to the spots. The Campground called me stating that I needed to move my vehicle immediately as I was blocking the person in site #1, we were not even at the resort with our vehicle or trailer at this time. Our group renting the Cottage called multiple times to make sure there were adequate beds in the Cottage, however upon arrival there was not a fold out couch bed that was stated and shown in the pictures on the website and over the phone. When asking the office about this they stated they had removed them months ago and that the person they talked to on the phone just didn't know that they did this. Due to this there were not enough beds for the entire group staying there. No apology was given, simply stated that the lady on the phone didn't know what she was talking about. We will not be staying here again which is disappointing since it is a great location for any activities in the Moab area. We did rent a trailer from Moab Rim RV Campark, they were very nice, easy to deal with and the grounds seemed to be very nice. I would recommend staying...
