My husband and I have eaten here before and enjoyed it so I was in the mood for some wings and decided to order up!
Order placed directly through their website. Ordering process was easy with customizing options available. I placed the order for an hour out and arrived to the drive thru at the time requested.
I was the only vehicle in the drive thru and figured they were busy inside as I was asked to wait. While waiting I noticed the ordering screen used to verify the order wasn't working; it was showing a computer desktop???
Anyway, after a few more minutes, the employee returned to the speaker to find out I had a mobile order and verified the name for the pick up and I was asked to pull forward.
I sat at the drive thru window so long, I shut my car engine off. No employee or manager came to the window until about 20 minutes into my 'sit in' at the drive thru. The employee handed me the milkshake and said "sorry", they were still waiting on the wings. I took the milkshake and said nothing.
I consider myself to be a pretty patient individual and while I understand that the food is cooked when ordered, I wouldn't have expected 6 extra crispy bone in wings and a milkshake to take 30 minutes to prepare. When the wings were finally in my hands, the employee did kindly ask if I would like any ranch or bleu cheese - nice, but no thank you - I wasn't sure how long I would have had to wait.
I could have left, and yes, I also could have parked and gone inside, and yes - maybe they had customers inside...but yet, maybe next time I'll just go somewhere else.
The food was ok; wings were not extra crispy but the flavor and size of the wings were good. The milkshake was a nice post-wing treat. But the long wait isn't worth it for...

There were at least 10 workers behind the counter, not including the 3 eating their lunches at the tables. About 6 of the workers were on their personal phones texting while the others were talking, none of these workers even acknowledged us while we waiting at the counter and at least 3 workers walked to the registered did something then walked away. It took almost 5 minutes for us to be even greeted then someone who I believe was the cook finally yelled and asked if we had ordered. A girl who was eating came and took our order finally. We didn’t get a receipt after asking for one and was never told our order number. So we didn’t even know our order was ready when they called out a number. When we got our order we had to ask for our drinks (a second time) then when we left and checked our food we realized half our food wasn’t in the bag. Nothing we could do since we had no receipt. Safe to say we won’t be back. It’s so sad that a BRAND new restaurant already is this poorly ran and their customer...
Read moreI had an awesome experience at Charley’s today thanks to one of the employees, Ashley! From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a big smile and made me feel genuinely welcome. They were super friendly, patient while I asked questions about the menu, and gave great recommendations I ended up trying the Philly Cheesesteak with extra mushrooms and it was perfect.
What really stood out was how Ashley handled a busy lunch rush with total professionalism and a great attitude. They were fast, efficient, and still managed to keep every customer interaction upbeat and personal. You could tell they really care about doing a good job and making customers happy.
