Barberitos — Restaurant in Monroe

WOW. walking into this restaurant i didn’t have high expectations because it’s a new establishment, BUT LET ME TELL YOU… the Barberitos in Monroe GA has forever changed my life for the better. I recently have been diagnosed with depression, anxiety, adhd, and more. I am also pregnant. Ive been craving a warm thick burrito, so I decided to support the new location. I was welcomed with open arms and warmth when opening the door. The air was cool and gave me hope for my future. Every worker in there made it their mission to satisfy me and my second human. After receiving my food, I decided to dine in. The tables were extraordinary! They were so shiny I could see the reflection of me stuffing my face. This Barberitos was nicer than my doctors office. After finishing my burrito, I couldn’t find it in me to leave. I stayed for 5 more hours. I sat and watched as every costumer received their order and devoured the burritos in all of their glory. I felt so happy there. My depression was gone, I was no longer anxious, and I could sit still for hours !!! If you or any loved one is experiencing a hard time, I 10/10 recommend taking them here. Whoever the female manager is at Barberitos needs to get out of the customer service industry. She was rude and very argumentative about everything, even with my 14 yr old son.

He ordered a quesadilla, she started making a burrito, he corrected her once and said quesadilla again and she continued making a burrito. Finally she moved it to the next person and my son said that's supposed to be a quesadilla and she got an attitude and said, "no I heard you say burrito" and acted like my son was the problem.

This was also after she got an attitude with me because I asked about the price difference on the size of tortilla.

Food is always great and I enjoy Barbs but I will likely stay away if she continues to treat customers and kids the...

Before I dive into the opportunities please duly note the positives: Team accurately prepared items according to request, and person in charge was very friendly and helpful in resolving the missing items from the order. (I didn’t get her name, but thank you for exercising great customer service!)

Moving to the opportunities: I observed a team member wiping his forehead with the back of his gloved hand and continue making food without removing gloves and completing proper handwashing after exposing his hands to biological contamination.
