Ive been coming to this Starbucks 3-4 days a week since it opened last year. It’s the most spacious one near my house. I love the interior but the service is typically terrible. I sometimes get female baristas that are absolutely amazing and kind. But when I see the guys working I just place a mobile order to reduce interaction. I come in here and get the same thing Every. Single. Time. and 9/10 times they don’t pay attention to the customization and then I have to stand there and wait to get it fixed because they just ignore me standing there. I understand that it can be busy but to blatantly ignore someone then I walk over to the register in hopes someone will help me. It’s incredibly frustrating. I’m very patient and sometimes I just order at other Starbucks on my way to avoid this. Ive witnessed male baristas fight, seemed like a barista was asked to take out the trash by a leader and they fought in the open, it’s uncomfortable and it seems like the guys have an attitude. I have never been greeted nicely by any of them. When you ask for help, it’s like the end of the world for some of them. I’m used to Starbucks locations being so friendly and awesome. For the amount of money I’ve spent here, I expect consistency and respect. I come here so often employees know me by my name. Today I ordered an Iced Matcha through the drive-thru, clearly asking for only two scoops of matcha powder. What I got tasted like extra scoops had been added. When I asked for it to be remade, the barista turned around, came back in less than ten seconds with the exact same drink in the same cup, as if I wouldn’t notice. That is insulting. This isn’t the first time this location has gotten my drink wrong, but this time the dismissive attitude crossed the line. I didn’t drink the matcha and left frustrated which should never happen to someone who gives this store steady business year after year.
