Valley Motel — Hotel in Muleshoe

Very, very, very dirty room.. Bathroom door had something splattered all over it, the microwave and refrigerator were filthy, there were dead bugs behind it and dead bugs in the corner where the lamp is.. you could visibly see how dirty the floor was, it was like they sweep the carpet and sweep it all into that corner, like it had a layer of dirt dust and everything else on it. The floor felt disgusting. The sink and toilet need replacing. The floorboards all had stuff stuck do them, walls were dirty.. sheets had blood stains and a cigarette burn. Beds were very uncomfortable and those pillow are way too big and not soft enough to lay on without it putting a crick in your neck. I moved them out of the way and used one of our travel blankets. If there wasn't a storm rolling through and the rest of the hotels having even worse reviews.. we would have left. All we needed was some sleep and once you pull the blankets and top sheet off.. and use your own.. it works. The price was really cheap but that's not an excuse...

Oh where do I start! Stayed June 22nd through June 26th 2019. Bathroom has mold in it and there is no fan, only a light in bathroom. Walls are dirty and baseboards are nasty. Our room had a hint of cat piss. Cleaning service would turn off not up but OFF the damn A/C unit every day making the cat piss smell worse when room was hot. The cleaning service also put fridge at warmest setting and the ice build up in the freezer part thawed and leaked out of the bottom door seal all over the floor getting our belongings wet. There were flies inside room like the door was left open. Trash and cigarette butts were all around in front of all rooms like no one has ever swept. Actually the one star rating I put was pushing it. There was even clothes in the drawers left by previous tenant. Went to office to tell them to about the A/C being turned off every day in the middle of the summer and they didn’t make any mention of moving us to another room. Yes they were nice but have no idea how to make...

we get to the hotel and there’s trash in the trash can, the fridge doesn’t work and the inside is filthy, there are dirty towels under the sink, and no toilet paper. we booked two rooms, one two bedroom for two people and one one bedroom for one person. the two bedroom had two towels so we asked for extras and they were very rude about it and told us to share the two towels amongst the three of us. i asked for toilet paper and the owner told me to take my money and leave. we broke down here so it’s the only place we could stay and he told us he’s returning the money because “his service isn’t good enough for us and we can walk to another hotel” i asked if they had a number i could call and he walked to the back and wouldn’t come back out. they then sat out front and watched us the entire time, point and talking.
