I would like to preface that the pizza was hot and delicious.
Now, the customer service left much much to be desired. 1-we we’re told the facility would accommodate our group of 84. It did not. There were both students and sponsors who were left with no seating. This was also a very obvious violation of fire code! 2-the greeting we received was FAR from welcoming. Our staff member who made the reservations talked about how accommodating the manager was. He was not there when we arrived and the staff seemed annoyed at our presence. 3-we purchased 36 single topping pizzas and 4 specialty pizzas. Then they charged one of our adult sponsors $2 for two packets of ranch! We have this business a large sum of money yet they would not comp our bus driver TWO SMALL PACKETS OF RANCH! (After my husband-the head band director-paid the bill, the manager did refund the $2) 4-I asked the staff (before the arrival of the manager) about the two packets of ranch. They looked at each other and snickered. It was obvious it was me they we “entertained” by. After the extremely flippant response by the employees, I asked to speak to the manager. I was told he would be in within the next ten minutes. When he arrived I saw the employee who was working the register very animatedly talking to him. Again, it was obvious she was discussing me. The ladies behind the counter kept laughing and pointing their heads toward each other then at our group of adults (me). I was not told the manager was in even though I had seen him arrive. He knew I had requested to speak with him because the young lady had most definitely made him aware. He did come when I asked to speak with him. The entire time I was visiting with the manager the young lady at the register was rolling her eyes and making obvious faces. I called the manager’s attention to it. I told him I don’t allow my elementary students to behave in that fashion and am disappointed that he would allow that behavior in his place of business. She was allowed to continue. She was not asked to step away. She was not told to stop. This showed two things about this place of business. The manager does not hold his employees to a standard appropriate for a business setting. The manager did not care that his employee was blatantly disrespectful and left the impression that he would be “laughing it up” after we left rather than reprimanding totally inappropriate behavior.
The food was good. Service was reprehensible. I do not plan on giving this establishment my...
Read moreWe have been to three Pizza Huts lately, and this is the only one we were able to come in and sit down. The others said you had to have it delivered, carry-out, or drive through during the hours we were there. But here we finally got to just sit and eat some Pizza Hut Pizza!
It was very clean inside, the staff was nice, and the pizza was delicious. We were happy to find that if we each just got a personal pan pizza, and water, the price came to $12. We had been spending a lot more when going out, so this was a great surprise. It was the perfect amount of food for a lunch.
SOOOO since we were so happy with it and found out that they have long open hours (from morning 'til night) we invited friends out for dinner as well! They each had a meal (one had chicken wings, the other had a personal pizza) and we reordered ourselves the same thing at lunch. That came to $30 for 4 people, before tip. This is totally reasonable! Inexpensive even.
We even ended up getting ham as a snack for our dog. Everyone was happy, and no one was hungry. What's better...
Read moreOrdered a supreme and a cheese pizza plus 8 bone out wings. Cost 37dollars. Outrageous, I shouldn't have paid it! The supreme pizza had very few toppings and the cheese pizza was bland and tasteless. The wings were delicious but so small, that the 8 of them didn't even cover the bottom of the bowl. Also no garlic butter on the crusts of either pizza. We love pizza hut but this time we were very disappointed, especially paying $37. Don't think...
