I went in and a guy asked me if I needed help I showed him the item on my phone he said let me look for it then he left me standing there waiting FOREVER before I went and grabbed my other item. I told the front desk clerk that the other guy was supposed to be helping me find something and I didn’t know where he went. He proceeds to tell me “oh he got busy with deliveries” no offer to help me instead, and no apology. I believe he was the manager too Facundo Olivas. I paid for my 1 item and will never be returning. I have lived in Muleshoe 37 years and that was so rude I would rather go to Fry and Cox where they are friendly and helpful and yes I will tell everyone I know about it.
