Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Muleshoe

I made my order through the app because the order button wasn't working. My order went though, I checked in to the space I was at and I saw my order status on the screen. After about 5-10 minutes it went away as if the order had been fulfilled. Thinking it would come out soon, I waited for a bit longer.

After waiting about 20 minutes after making my order and seeing at least 3 cars come, get their order and leave, I pressed the order button again and it went through this time. I told them what happened and how long I was waiting and they told me my order would be right out. No apologies or anything. It finally came out within a minute and my food was cold and the chicken strips for my son were completely dried out. I was on my way home from a 5 hour drive so I couldn't bear to ask for replacement food at that point.

I urge you to spend your money somewhere else!!! I would think that with new management things would have improved, but nope. There are at least 4 carhops that are extremely rude and disrespectful. Two have just thrown the food at me and two of them are so rude when taking your order!! One night the girl forgot to release button (she didn't know I could hear her) and said "gosh this customer is so stupid, why won't she speak up) so I yelled, then got told to not yell!!!! When looking thru the windows you will find multiple people on their phone, but yet the order takes 20 minutes to get out?? And there has even been a night that a manager was outside just cussing at one her employees for doing his job! Every time I have gone back, there has been some kind of bad experience. I am done giving them any more...

Worst sonic ever!! Ordered a sm chocolate chip cookie dough blast last week took forever so I called in to get some kind of result on my order finally carhop brought my order and it was a cup of ice cream with just few cookie dough chips on top not even mixed in like a blast should be..manager came out I told her I wanted my money back she didn't even try to fix the order making the blast the way it should be done she told me she would put money back in my acct I gave her a week to do so never did so I called back so now she said she can make me one so now I'm here waiting for it been here a bit see how this one turns out..manager is a very rude person..she needs to...
