Willow Creek Falls Med Spa — Hotel in Murphy

I cannot express how grateful I am that my husband and I were able to get married at Willow Creek Falls and Vineyard. Shea and her staff provided an incredible level of service for us throughout the wedding planning process.

Even though I really did not know much about weddings, Shea helped my groom and I stay organized; she never made me feel bad if I wasn't sure or didn't know something. Their preferred list of vendors was a great resource, especially since we are not local to Blue Ridge, as we live in North Florida.

While planning itself was a great experience, nothing could have prepared me for how fun and seamless the wedding itself would be. The relationships they've cultivated with their preferred vendors really facilitated the set-up process.

Even though I wasn't a fussy or picky bride, the folks at Willow Creek Falls made sure the day felt special. Shea's team made sure that my groom and I were having the wedding we wanted, keeping a good sense of humor the entire time.

We used the in-house caterer for a BBQ buffet, which our guests loved. The reception space is beautiful and our guests enjoyed the scenery.

I could certainly go on about the excellent service we received, but I will instead cut to the chase: We feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful venue. I never expected a perfect day, but the team at Willow Creek Falls made our wedding day more...

The road noise was bad. Could hear all of the 18 wheelers going by. After a less than restful first night we were awakened before 6 am the next morning by loud laughing and talking in the parking lot. Walls must be paper thin. Water pressure is the bathroom sink was nonexistent. There were several cosmetic defects like unfinished door facing and unpainted wall patches. We called the next morning and asked if we could cancel the rest of our stay and be refunded with exception of the first night. They only offered us half of the complete stay. They did say that they would discount the first night. With that being said we decided to just continue our stay. We got ear plugs to sleep so it was bearable after that. I wasn’t going to put a negative review until I realized that there was no discount given. Will definitely choose another...

The venue is absolutely amazing, from the different locations for ceremonies and pictures to a perfect rain location in case of bad weather and the reception hall is beautiful enough that a lot of decorations are not required. Additionally that they have the table, chairs and linens makes setup seamless. Shea and her staff at willow creek falls made our entire wedding completely stress free. The grounds are also wonderful for family and friends to walk around and enjoy during the reception. She took care of everything. They are all about the little details like making sure that you as the bride and groom get food. To top all of the amazing wedding stuff off, the bridal suite they have onsite if absolutely amazing and was complete with food from the reception and champagne on ice to enjoy as you unwound...
